Great experience! Got the Bacon, avocado cheeseburger combo and man… it did not disappoint whatsoever. Friendly service, taste that matches price. I believe the owner was there, he even said “enjoy your meal” which was nice of him. If I get another opportunity to come back… I definitely will. Do recommend.

Came out to LA to work across the street from this Tams. These guys can cook up a storm!! Great tasting eats , it was real good. Their red salsa is the standard for making food great. I love this place.

This tams isn’t what it use to be. It’s completely changed in some aspects good and others bad. Before changing ownership the tams was well integrated and the employees were good at serving food. Now there’s been a lot of bad service here, especially the morning shift. They get orders wrong, have attitude towards someone ordering food and just plainly want to be right in every situation. They tried charging me $1.00 for an extra 1000 island keep in mind that I’ve been a regular customer and they have never charged me in these 5 years money for extra dressing. I was waiting in the drive through for them to answer and no one did so I went to the and ask them if the speaker wasn’t working and they gave me attitude saying it does. The only shift that does everything right is evening with my boy Tony. The OG of whoever works there. He deserves a raise as he’s been there before I started going and has always put the customer first. These new guys aren’t good for giving good reviews on this business. Especially when they’re charging a dollar for one extra dressing. Aside from this the chicken bowl I just received tasted like dish soap and it also smells like it. Almost went back to throw the food through the window now it’s in the garbage.

Overall, if you’re just looking for food in that particular area, it’s one of the only places that that’s in establishment. There is a lot of food vendors but if you’re looking for a sit down place to eat, that’s the only one for a few blocks. it’s a little pricey for the quality of food but if you need a reliable meal, you could get it right there.
They have outdoor seating only so if it’s cold outside, you’ll be cold; if it’s hot, it’s hot. The atmosphere is eh, it’s South Central, can’t expect that much.

Best burger joint in South Central. I’m so glad it was still open during this pandemic. I grew up coming here and revisiting after many years was just nostalgically epic. Still has the same great taste, so much better than in and out!
