They were nice. But target is not where you want to go for bigger orders. I ordered 5 drinks, came fast. Faster than processing my payment. She wrote on the cups and then entered it in. Wanted to reload my starbucks account but she did it wrong so I got no stars that’s what I’m more sad about.

Jul 29, 2023. Love the caramel crunch frap and most of the counter servers are well mannered. However, when my order was ready, the server who brought my drink over, slide the cup hurriedly across the counter and threw the straw on the counter, and went back browsing her phone. Needless to say, a bit taken back despite not really expecting best service but did hope for a more well mannered service.

Been to this establishment many times and have begun to hate it . They make my frappe fine except the extra whipped cream part . A friend and I went to starbucks. We each got a drink. It was a little busy, several people were in line, and only one person working. She was really busy. She had to take the orders and make them and clean up. She was pleasant and did well and the drinks were good. They need more staff working! One person on shift is not enough.

Very annoyed that this Starbucks does not take cash, I waited in line and asked that 10 could get added to my app which I was then told they don’t accept cash so I had to step out of line and try to add a debit card to my account it took me 15 min to get a coffee that should have taken less than 5. The lines for the register that the lady suggested I go to were all the way down the isles. Next time I’ll just drive to a different place. I should have just left.

I give this place 4 stars for the friendly staff. Otherwise I’d give them 3. This is the only starbucks that seems to not get drinks right. Any other starbucks I go to, the drink i order tastes just the same. But here they are doing something different.
Example when I order a pumpkin cream cold brew, there really isn’t much foam and the batista mixes it together. There are supposed to be those 2 separate layers for the visual and creamy taste effect. Also, I ordered a honey almondmilk flat white, and there was definitely no honey in it. Just coffee and milk.
If something like that happens once, chalk it up as a mistake but it’s happened multiple times at this place.
