Ordered by phone and delivery. Customer service who answered phone was pleasant and helpful as well as driver. Pizza was deelish and hot when arrived but it was not deep dish as I had ordered, it was hand tossed. It was also delivered 20 minutes past the estimated arrival time. I would definitely order again, but will pick up next time.

I was absolutely starving and the bad news was that I need gluten free food, so find a restaurant open at 9 pm with gluten free options available would have been difficult; as for miracle I found this Pizza Hut able offer a really small gluten free pizza (different from the Italian’s one but tasty as well). I recommend this place.

This is the worst Pizza Hut franchise I’ve ever eaten. Unfriendly staff. The franchise nickels and dimes for everything including red chili ️ flakes and paper plates!
There are a quite a few better eating options within walking distance of the pizza hut location, unless you are heavily into Pizza

Haven’t had a large super supreme pizza, deep dish and over 10 years ate there December 10 pizza still tasted the same and was very very delicious. Customer service was awesome atmosphere was wonderful. Keep it up Pizza Hut.

The pizza came out doughy, when I asked for water they offered to get me a glass of water from the sink and proceeded to warn me that they themselves wouldn’t trust it. Had to pay extra for crushed red pepper. Would not recommend anyone to visit Pizza Hut.

Worst fast-food restaurant I have ever tried in all the US. It’s an insult for Pizza Hut name. My husband and I got there for dinner after trying Pizza Hut in Tusayan (which was awesome). We ordered a veggie pizza, one meat melts and one small pepperoni pizza. The small pizza wasn’t a pizza at all it resembled a quiche – apologies to all the French friends – and the dough on the edges was not even cooked properly so that my husband couldn’t eat it. They don’t even have ketchup in the restaurant, first time I face this issue in an American fast food. While we were waiting for our order to be prepared , we also noticed a group of people complaining with the chef about their order too – their pizza had very poor quality and the lack of some ingredients such as garlic which were supposed to be there, but no one in the staff took accountability for the mistakes and denied to change order or even a refund. After we received our order, we realised how bad the situation is! Avoid this place at all cost. Please see picture below , it speaks for itself. We left it on the table.

I ordered a lover’s pan pizza and it was just amazing. It was fresh and hot. Before I ordered i had inquired about an allergy and rather than just respond off the cuff the gentleman went back and actually read the ingredients to 100% confirm. I really appreciate that as I have had other fast food places not care so much.

Great experience with this Pizza Hut location. Took my order over the phone, told me it will be about 30 minutes, only took 20 minutes, quick delivery, friendly delivery person, great food and exactly what I ordered. I assumed Pizza Hut won’t take my order as I didn’t have a physical address but the employee asked me where I was, large pull-off before the bridge close to town. He says “no problem”. I gave him description of my big rig and order was placed. For any Truckers, RVers, etc parked at the pull-offs by the Dam, Pizza Hut will deliver there. Thanks Pizza Hut.
