I ordered 1 breast, fries, biscuit, and a drink, but that was not what I received. Every time I stop here I order the same as above, but this time the young man gave me a thigh, wing, mashed potatoes and my drink, the only thing he got right. I always have a 2 hour drive when I stop at this KFC. The fries are easy to grab while driving. Well I couldn’t eat anything until I arrived home!

Who members in charge of ordering food supplies Needs training on when to place the order so that food is readily available for the customers to order. It makes no sense for KFC/ Taco bell not have food to make a simple order in the height of the summer season.

On 12/11/23 I visited the Plymouth nc kfc the cashier was very unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a sweet tea & I got unsweetened instead wings were cold & hard. I doubt I will ever go back. This isn’t the first bad experience with employees & food at the establishment. U really need to train your employees better or get some with better attitudes including managers.

Took 30mins to get my food. Employees in the drive thru area talking about personal life while customers were in front of them. Everyone but 2 people were just standing around. No one inside and 2 cars in the parking lot. Will not be stopping here ever again. Very disappointed. Do not waste your time. Also had to walk in to get my said food. And when i brought my concern to them about my food 2 of them laughed at me. GFSF.

Placed the order, nothing special, after a 20 minute wait, with only 3 people in front of us and not busy, other people came in after us and got their order before us, they lost our order and when we finally received it, it was cold. I do not recommend eating here, service was unprofessional and cold food to go along with it.

We waited over 20 minutes to order our food. And the group of older adults could not make up their mind. So we waited longer to place our order. And the counter top was wet from the fountain drinks spilling over as the tea . The dinning room the table and the chairs and the booths needed to be cleaned up and sanitized and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The bathroom needed to be cleaned
