Finally got to try this place. Pinoy Sa-Wrap specializing in Ilocano style silog style breakfast. It’s a tiny place, inside the market. They are takeout business.

What I ordered:

The Vigan Longanisa Silog – it comes with garlic fried rice, topped with fried eggs, veggies, and a slice of royal bibingka.

Side order of Beef Tapa
Lumpianada

My verdict:

The Lumpianada is the winner for sure. Freshy made to order. The Crispy edges, and the fillings are generous and the flavor is excellent and authentic. The garlic vinegar sauce takes it to another level. Huge size, price is a little high but one will fill you up for sure.

The Vigan Longanisa Silog generous portion with 3 small longanisa is perfect balance of garlic and vinegar. The garlic rice is just average to me, it needed more garlic but flavor is there, but the rice is a bit hard. Egg is cooked and seasoned to perfection. The royal bibingka is delicious. I wish I ordered extra. Overall the silog is great, but it was already cold when I got my order. I guess my plate was made and sitting while waiting for the Lumpianada to finish cooking.

The side order of 1/2 pound of Beef Tapa is perfectly marinated, very tender.

Service was excellent. Auntied working front and back was handling the busy morning crowd and also phone orders. I waited for 20-25 minutes for my order. I do suggest to phone your order in advance. The Silog wasn’t perfect, was a already cold when I got it but its flavorful. The Lumpianada came out fresh and piping hot and winner for sure. I’ll still rate them STARS. The price is average

Always patronize small businesses.

Tried all the Silog meals and the Lumpianada for the first time. Everything tasted great except the silogs fried rice were a bit tough. The Royal Bibingka was delicious. Love it! We’ll sure come back for more. Owner was very nice

To be honest for the wait over the weekends which is 45 minutes -1 hour, it is not worth it. The owners or whoever runs this place has poor management. The vigan longanisa are small, and even to get frozen ones you have to wait. Although I get the pre-ordering, it truly was not worth the hype. It is expensive. The lumpianadas are good, but mine came out soggier. It is not truly an authentic ilocos empanada as it does not incorporate asuete powder and dough, it uses lumpia wrapper. Also, they share this store with another store, so its really messy & filled with junk. Maybe instead of focusing on saving money, you should hire someone else to help in the back as well. If there is only pre-orders, then you might as well shut down & sell this from your home. Catering Orders should be the only thng that are pre-ordered. The vigan longanisa at vigan express is just as good. Poor communication when i ordered cause people walked in and then ordered longanisa after they told me i could only get one order. Even pre ordered calls have to wait. A lot of times when i did call, they did not answer.
Guys just save yourself the grief, and make it yourself using tik tok, instead of going to this viral place.

The people that work here are very nice, the restaurant has a small front counter where you could place your order and today I tried a lumpianada. It was one of the greatest things I have ever ate in my entire life and I eat a lot of restaurants. The flavor is savory, I love the garlic sauce and the texture is so crunchy on the outside and steaming hot on the inside. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to try authentic Filipino dishes here in Carson. They also have vigan longanissa.

Maraming Salamat sa iyong lahat ❣️ A very unique combination lumpia/empanada called Lumpianada is the best! Must try! Pre order ahead of time because they sell out fast! They are huge sizes and worth the price. If you need to reheat later in the day after buying them or thr next day etc., use your AirFryer to reheat, if you have one. I put it in for 5 ir 6 mins at 400°degrees and it tastes as fresh as made the 1st time.

Pinoy Sa-wrap has excellent dishes and the flavors will make you wish you can eat more when you’re already full!

Check out their ilocano style Longganisa! This is very savory in comparison to the usual sweet longanisa found everywhere else. You won’t regret this!
On the other hand, their lumpias also reflect that savory punch. If you can try it in house, do it. The crisp is just right!

For those of you who can’t make it here, try out ordering online. They have shipped to all 50 states. The items will arrive frozen. Put it into the freezer until you are ready. The lumpias can be fried straight from the freezer in my experience. It’s so good!

My husband and I came on a Saturday at 10am which is what time they open. We ordered the lumpianadas and were told they would take about half an hour. We came back 40 minutes later and they still were not ready. After my husband checked on the order for the THIRD time, they finally gave us our food an HOUR later! I had hoped the food would be worth it, but it was not. We paid a lot of money to get the lumpianadas which at this point appeared to be a rush job because there was a puddle of oil on the bottom of the box, as if they didn’t drain them properly. Also, if you are looking for the trending ilocos empanadas, these are not it. I think they need more staff and a bigger location. They appeared to be really unorganized.

I’m hooked! The longganisa is super flavorful, but my absolute fave is the pork belly BBQ–tender, juicy, and perfectly charred. So good with garlic rice! The staff is super friendly, great portions, and packed with lots flavor. Definitely a go-to for Filipino takeout.
