The bulgogi dinner was a decent portion of thinly sliced beef, marinated in a sweet-soy sauce and grilled nicely. The beef was tender and juicy, with a good balance of flavors, though I wished for a bit more caramelization or char for that extra pop. It came with a side of steamed rice, which was perfectly cooked but a little plain on its own. I was surprised that the only side was rice–no banchan (small side dishes like kimchi or pickled veggies) were included, which felt like a miss for a Korean restaurant. For about $13, the meal was satisfying but left me wanting a bit more variety to round it out.
Service was friendly, though the lunch rush had the staff moving fast. I was seated quickly, and the food came out in about 10 minutes, which was great. The server was polite but didn’t check back much, and I had to flag them down for a water refill. The place had a steady crowd, giving it a lively feel without being packed. Seoul Restaurant is a solid option for Korean food in Enterprise, but the lack of banchan with the bulgogi dinner was a letdown. The beef itself was tasty, and I’d come back to try something like their kimchi jjigae or galbi, hoping for more sides. If you’re craving Korean, it’s worth a visit, but don’t expect the full traditional experience.
