We had the worst experience at this restaurant a few weeks ago and I will advise everyone against going here. We ordered online for pickup at 6:15pm on a Tuesday night (2 General Tso chicken, 1 Sesame Chicken, 1 Bean Curd with Broccoli). We arrived at 6:15 to pick up and there were several people waiting in line. (Side note: My dad had warned us after placing the order that they no longer go there because of the bad service and excessive wait times for food.) The man working told us 10 minutes. 10 minutes later he told us 20 more minutes. Meanwhile, people were coming in to pick up orders and being told anywhere from 20-40 minutes for their food that was scheduled to be picked up already. At 6:50pm I approached the counter and told the man we needed to leave in 2 minutes whether the food was ready or not (we were late helping my brother in law move into his new apartment because of the food being so late). The man made excuses saying that he had lots of orders (though as I mentioned earlier my dad stated that this is always the case) and he said he would just now start our order. We waited 4 minutes for him to give us the order since we had no way of getting a refund due to a language barrier and we had already waited so long. We watched him put the food in containers and our 2 different chicken meals were all plated exactly the same. He threw in egg rolls, but my husband got sick a few bites into one and threw them away for fear of food poisoning. My bean curd meal (I am vegetarian) was actually chicken with mixed vegetables. I would have given it to my husband to eat, but the chicken was pinkish and we didn’t want any further sickness. My husband also found hair in his meal, so that was thrown out too. The General Tso’s chickens were for my brother in law and his dad. We didn’t stick around to eat together because it was already so late, but I certainly hope the food didn’t make them sick after a 2 day road trip to move here.
I reached out to Menufy to get a refund for the unacceptable condition of the food and the fact that none of the order was correct, but the establishment denied a refund. Horrible food, horrible service, ridiculous wait times, poor business structure.
I am always quick to support a local business, but this place is horrendous and I don’t wish this experience on anyone else.

I had ordered online to pick up in 30 minutes then when I got there it was an additional 30 minutes before I received my food. He was apologetic. The food was mediocre at best. I hope that they were just having a bad night.

The food was very fresh and the portions are huge. I did have to wait longer than expected but there was only one man working in the whole establishment. He was very apologetic and I really didn’t mind. 10/10 for customer service, freshness, and portion size! It also looked very clean.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my recent experience.
I’m not from the area, but my son has basketball practice just a few minutes up the road, so I looked for a nearby spot to grab a bite while waiting. I walked into this restaurant with no expectations, just hungry and trying to support a local business.
As soon as I stepped in, the owner (who I later realized was also the cook) greeted me with an extremely nasty attitude before I even said a word. I asked calmly, “Do I just seat myself?” and was met with a loud and rude “NO, no sitting!” I was taken aback by his tone and had to stop myself from reacting the same way. I politely asked why, and he said “No server.” I said, “Okay, I can order and pay, can I still sit and eat my food here?” He angrily shouted, “Takeout only!” as he walked back into the kitchen.
Even if takeout only is the policy, there’s a much better way to communicate that. His whole energy made me feel completely unwelcome, and honestly, it felt personal. As someone who lives an hour away, I was hoping to find a spot I could frequent every Tuesday and Thursday while my son practices 4 mins away, but sadly, this won’t be it. I hope this place won’t be it for ANYONE!! Maybe this is why he has no servers… that kind of attitude would push anyone away.

Called in to order was told 20 mins. When I get there after waiting 20 min the guy tells me 10 mins plus I added on to my order. I ended up sitting there waiting 30 mins. Finally he says my food is ready I pay and he didn’t give me everything I ordered and I paid 27 dollars!!

Had several separate orders, placed at 5 pm. Still sitting here waiting for the three an hour and 15 mins later. One person working and openly turned other customers away pointing at us for ordering “too much” and has said several times to put it in one order because “he can’t do separate easy”.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend.

Standard Chinese menu with dozens of choices none of which are anything to talk about. Ordered the crab Rangoon which were frozen and deep fried and the chicken on a stick which was obviously pre assembled and heated. The Rangoon filling was tasty enough but the pastry part was tough and tasteless. The chicken was extremely overcooked and dry. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant not simply because of the subpar food but because the place was filthy with sticky table tops, grossly sticky condiment jars and a filthy window sill full of dead mosquitoes. I can only imagine what the restroom must be like. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
