I order pizza at this Pizza Hut in Dimmitt all the time, and they know how I want my pizza. I called them after I placed my order online and requested for them to add extra sauce anyway. When I got my pizzas I asked Mary at the drive thru if they had added the extra sauce the way I like it and she said “yes”. They were dry as could be. I called back and told them that my pizzas were not as I had asked, and she didn’t even apologize or try to make things right. I threw away both pizzas and had to cook a meal myself.

Was meeting a business partner when I got there I ordered a personal meal . Then decided to get a whole pizza so I changed my order . The waitress was very professional helpful and kind. When the pizza arrived it was very hot and delicious. One of the best pizza I’ve eaten in a long time. Meat lovers thin crust. I recommend this place to all. 5 star across the board. I will make it a point to come thru dimmit just to eat here again

Dark, lonely, I had to wait forever and no one tended to me. It looks deserted, when I got off after waiting at the window over 5 minutes, the chairs were still up and the place looked like it was closed for business. One employee cashed me out, I didn’t see anyone else. The food was bland and and not worth the price. Runaway!

We order pizza once a month or so and it has been really good until tonight, ordered a mushroom pizza and there were maybe 3 or 4 small pieces on the large slices and less on the small. The crust tasted stale and old like it had been sitting for a while. Very disappointed. Store bought frozen would have tasted better. My husband notice the staff were different tonite.

We ordered online to make it faster and scheduled pick up at 8:45pm. When we got to the carryout window they charged us, gave us half of our order and said the pizzas were still in the oven, we told the lady it was only one pizza and she just said ok. She left the window and we were left waiting till 9:10pm didn’t want to bother the cause it spared they were busy. Finally an employee came close to the window and we had to honk to get her attention. We asked about our pizza and she said she was boxing the last 2. Again we told her we only had one pizza so she began to look in the warmer. Our pizza had been there the whole time. She didn’t even apologize about the confusion or the wait time.

I placed my order on line at 550 when I was leaving work from Friona. Hoping that by the time I got into town , which was at 652 it would be ready. . When I drove up to drive up , I was told my order was still not ready and that if I could wait another 15 minutes. Finally got my order at 7:00. . Plus the pasta primaveras were cooked in the smaller containers. Very disappointing.

The staff is great but they aren’t that fast. And pizza hut just cost so much. The specials don’t even really save you that much money. But it tastes good so I gave 3 stars but it’s mostly the staff’s service that I still go.
