I stopped in here to grab a breakfast sandwich before work but after waiting 5 minutes at the counter I decided to leave since no one ever bothered to come help me. I’m pretty sure I could have robbed them and they would never even know. I even yelled hello and still nothing.

I went to this subway and the door was locked and on the Google Maps it’s says 9:00 pm close and also on the entrance door it’s says close 9:00 pm and I was at the door but worker didn’t even tell me they are close or what and I called they didn’t answer it. So make sure you call the place before going there otherwise it will be just waste of time.

There’s always the same two young, female employees when we go in, and intermittently an older gentleman with a hilariously surly disposition. He’s not the one you want to build your sandwich… Think saucy bread sandwich with meat and veggie accents. The other two however…They’re awesome. They’re sandwich artistry conjures the likes of Mozart, Julia Child, and Chevy Chase. The food is always spot on. There’s never any other customers in there when we go. Awesome job ladies.

Employees acted like it was a bother to take my order and did it very sloppy. Was very short tempered with me. I’m older and have issues hearing and when he had to repeat himself he rolled his eyes. Had planned on ordering four more subs but when he asked is this it after the first one I decided against it. He shoved my sandwich across the counter at me and I left. I doubt if I go back. Only have two stars because store was clean.

Went to get a salad and the owner made my salad with one small handful of lettuce that was brown and wilted. Drown my salad in ranch and then questioned me as to what I was getting on my salad. No wonder why this place is going to close when all the new restaurants open in the area!

We have never had a bad meal from here until today. Everything was undercook,, had to take the fires back because they were so undercooked. The lady said oh, they just look that way because we just changes the oil. I ask her to taste one and she said oh I’ll just replace them. Yes, please!! Never I’m sorry. The meat was so greasy it soaked through the wrapper, bags and about 10 napkins. Sorry, but we will never be going back k. Food was Terrible and workers were very rude. Such a shame, used to be a great place to eat.

We’ve stopped here two or three times to get sandwiches and we must say that these are very good. Sandwiches very well prepared. The people that work there are really friendly. And go out of the way to make sure that you get exactly what you’re looking for. Only thing I would say is I wish they had a drive-thru it would make life so much more convenient.

I kinda was peeved when the two workers concentrated on a bigger order after ours was finished and bagged. So we were standing there waiting to be rung up.
If it werent the only operating subway in Anderson, Indiana I would have left the food and went to a different one.

I did an online order for curbside pickup. I checked it before I left and it was not what I ordered. When I contacted the store from there parking lot. The lady gave me an attitude and wanted to know what all was on the sandwich and what wasn’t supposed to be there. Supposedly they’re making another one. It doesn’t take 5 minutes to make one sandwich without any business. extremely rude
