Burger King had sponge Bob square pants kids meal.
They had more food selection and the theme was more accurate than McDonald’s grinch meal. I like everything; the SpongeBob patty is a whopper in disguise. Nice strawberry cream pie was the highlight and the drink taste like bikini bottom. Lol

I ordered for pickup through Uber Eats. When I get to the drive-thru, they tell me I need to come inside for the order. I explain I have a small infant in the car because nowhere did it say that when my order was placed. They refused to give me my food and I was stuck in the drive-thru ANYWAY because you can’t pull out of it until you get near the window. They told me I’d need to cancel the order because they couldn’t and I got charged for food I never got.

My son and I absolutely demolished our food at Burger King. Everything came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, the kind of meal where you take the first bite and immediately know it’s about to be a good experience.
I went with double bacon cheeseburgers loaded up with jalapeño poppers — juicy patties, crispy bacon, real heat from the jalapeños, and that perfect melty cheese pull. Bold, satisfying, and exactly what a burger craving demands.
My son tore up that chicken nugget kids meal.
And just when we thought we were done… Hershey’s Pie for dessert. Cool, creamy, chocolatey perfection — the ideal finish. Shout out to the staff!

The young woman working this morning was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and had impeccable manners. I didn’t even mind the small wait time because of how polite she was. I wish I could have gotten her name. Food was exactly what I ordered and fresh.

I have tried this Burger King a few times (I live about 4 minutes from it) and has completely given up on it for 2 years bc EVERY TIME have gone I’m DISAPPOINTED and feel like I have wasted my money. The food is always lousy and the customer service sucks! I keep going back thinking one day they will FINALLY get it right (I mean how hard it is to make a decent BK burger) and they NEVER get it right. I love BK and I have never had a burger that was terrible until visiting this BK. My recent drive thru visit started with the worker who may have been the mngr cussing out an employee. I was given my food after the confrontation was over. The cheese seemed to be just placed on my cold raw looking whopper (I guess they have given up on the char broiling part that BK is known for) bc it looked like it had been microwaved for 2 minutes and placed on a bun with a cold piece of cheese and the onion rings were cold. Although, my puppy enjoyed a few pieces of the meat…However, I did microwave the meat about 4 mins before giving him some of the burger and the picture was taken after I microwaved it for my pup and had to remove the remaining burger from the garbage to take the picture. Unfortunately the couple of bites I took was of a pinkish color meat until I noticed it tasted nothing like a char broiled burger that BK is supposedly famous for. I did call and ask the employee that answered the phone about why I was given a half cooked burger and did not seem to have been char broiled at all. He told me to bring it back. Then I remembered why I stopped going over 2 years ago. I was told the same to bring the burger back and when I drove back up there of course there was a problem with my money being refunded so I decided not to waste my time going up there just to get upset…let’s just say I have FINALLY learned my lesson and will from this day forward take advantage of the OTHER FAST FOOD in that strip mall and pretend like BK does NOT EXIST.

Drive-thru staff has always been great to me during the day (I usually order around lunch time or early dinner time) and the food has usually been spot on regardless of the wait time (unfortunately it can be long at times but it doesn’t bother me at all, I just turn my car off and browse on my phone while I wait). The only issue I’ve had is that at night (around 7pm and later) they seem to run out of everything. I’ve tried ordering on the app only to be told by the app that they’re out of everything I’ve ordered and that they aren’t taking mobile orders at the time. Regardless I like this location because it’s close to home and the staff have always been good to me.

I HATE to give a review for fast food…BUT it’s too good NOT too. These new chicken sandwiches R totally awesome and WHAT A DEAL! Chicken sandwich and a FREE Whopper for $4.23?! How can U passed it up? I ordered a spicy chicken and of course my favorite of all time, the Whopper. Can’t eat them both in one sitting so nuking later the whopper for 10-15 second just to warm it up…YUMMY!
My only complaint…it was a tad slow. It was busy during their lunch period…but it’s why they called it fast food right? Besides I ordered online and expected to fly through the drive up window. NOPE…there were like 6-7 cars at least in front of me. So I went inside…only one customer in front of me, and still took longer than I would like. BUT…as long as the food is this good…I’ll put up of the minor inconvenience. Thumbs up Burger King !

After 3 attempts/ visits to order impossible burgers cooked on both sides and without mayo not once have I received what I ordered and paid for. Drive thru or in store it’s pointless.

This location and the worker who worked the late night shift is horrible the fires were not fresh the customer service was horrible and the burger that I received the meat was hard which let’s me know it’s been sitting out for a while I will not be coming back to this location ever again!!!!! Worst experience ever I’m very disappointed in Burger King!
