Le Souk was one of the places that made me fall in love with Springfield when I first moved there. I went a few summer nights, and every time the atmosphere was warm, lively, and welcoming.
The drinks were good, the hookah was great, and the space had a really nice balance—enough people to meet and talk to, but not so crowded that it felt overwhelming. The music was energetic without being too loud, and the outdoor patio was cozy and elegant compared to the vibrant indoor dance floor and seating area.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel at home during a time when I was still settling into a new city. One employee in particular, Tuğçe, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She always took the time to chat, check in on me, and make sure I had enough water, drinks, and hookah. The whole team created an atmosphere that made it easy to relax and decompress.
I ended up coming back several times just because of the people and the ambiance they created. I regret that I never made it back like I promised, but I’m very grateful for the memories I made there. It’s a special place with a genuinely welcoming spirit.

This is a hookah lounge with delicious food and beverages. The Naan-chos were amazing and the portion was enough for three people to share. The curly fries were crispy and tasty. Our hostess was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing and chilled. The decor is fabulous and posh. Its a hip and trendy place to go!

$10 cover charge at the entry, for what exactly? Unbelievably loud for a hookah lounge. Hookah is to have a nice evening with friends. I could not hear my friend sitting next to me. When we asked to lower the volume, they tuned further up. Even harmful for ears. Ridiculous. Left the place before an hour. Waste of time and money. If you want to serve as a disco, then do not advertise hookah lounge. The seats and taste of the hookahwere good but could not enjoy at all

This lounge is beautiful but I’m not sure what’s going on with the owner and who ever is in charge of running and promoting this spot is trash. They never pick up phones or respond to social media inboxes. They don’t serve food anymore. They only have it for clubbing I guess only catering to young crowds when they’re not the ones with the money in Springfield. Sad. It has so much potential. I was there on a Saturday to celebrate my bday it was dead we were the only ones in there all night till closing. I couldn’t believe it. I use to go the a few years back and it was always packed and they had food. Also I never had to pay to sit at a table with food , drinks and a hookah. Now they charge to sit down. I hope it gets a better promoter please. If you read this let me know who’s in charge so we can complain to him directly. Only positive was the one waitress that was there was so kind and sweet she definitely was great to us. And the dj was awesome also. Security girl was not to nice she was telling the dj to shut it down and stop playing music as soon as it was 1am. No where near closing time and he ignored her and kept playing music letting us enjoy our night. It was a large group of us he must’ve felt bad that the club was dead lol.

This was our first time there & I can say that from the moment we walked in our server Kareem was amazing she answered all of our questions made sure everything was always great the whole time we were there!! I do Wish there were more food varieties on the menu but they were delicious. My only complaint was the music it was way to loud once the official guest dj was on the mic we requested for it to be lowered & still was ignored by the dj. I’ve been to many clubs lounges & concerts & this was way to loud you couldn’t even hear the person next to you even if we were screaming. But other then the obnoxiously loud music the place was awesome we will definitely go back maybe with ear plugs to be on the safe side.

Hookah experience and night life is a great time. It’s small and space is limited so first come first served. There’s a cover charge even before you do anything which I found odd. We got there around 8pm for dinner. They seated us in a great space if we were just doing hookah but it was not feasible for dinner. It was incredibly hard to eat dinner with the tables being small and very close to the floor. Many of us had to put the plates in our laps. Which took away from the experience. We ate as little as possible just to quickly get it packed and out of the way. I’d recommend this place only for hookah not dinner.

Really nice inside and the drinks are well mixed and delicious. Didn’t have any food, only a couple appetizers but was not disappointed! Very tasty. The only thing I did not enjoy was that the music was just WAY too loud. My eardrums were literally vibrating. We couldn’t hear each other speak even being right next to each other. I stuffed napkins in my ears and still left with a headache. They need to turn that ish down, it ruined my experience but I’m still giving 5 stars cus everything else was in point and the music choice was perfect. It mostly all Hispanic music.
It was also cheaper than I expected. We got a group VIP for 10 people and it was about $50 each + entry fee and tip. Not bad at all. Security was also did a nice job, I felt very safe.
I would recommend this place but I’m on the fence about whether I’d return myself because the headache is just not worth it lol.
