What a total effin joke! Riding all day and pull in to have dinner. They had already taken down the buffet, so we were told to order off the menu. After being ignored for 15 minutes (there were 6 tables total with customers) I asked for some service and drinks. 10 minutes later we get a glass of water. We order. We get ice cold soup. They nuke it. We spent the next half hour hearing the waiter and the manager lady explain why they were so sorry, something about a special order being wrong, and we don’t care why we’re getting crappy food and service, we’re just hungry. We left after an hour. If you want terrible service and low grade dog food, stop by. I’m sure they will be glad to ignore you, too!

06/12/14 – food was mediocre. Buffet style restaurant. They were asked if they were “local” before they could be seated. Why?? Everyone paid their own ticket. My boss was last in line, and he was charged a gratuity. He was told that if their party was 5 or more, group gratuity applied. There were 4 at his table. He told them he wasn’t paying a gratuity, but just received his credit card statement, and there’s a separate charge for $7.85 (gratuity) on a $19.24 charge for his food. He feels he was treated unfairly because he wasn’t a “local”.

We arrived around 9:30 PM, about their closing time. After checking the buffet stand, we decided to leave because few dishes were left and looked terrible. However, the lady owner caught up us at parking lot and promised to cook some new dishes for us. My hubby, 4 friends and I decided to have a try due to our hunger and tiredness after a long time driving. However, the food tasted bland, what a worse, the bill was outrageous because 15% tips were already added and that 15% was even based on the after-tax total.

We ordered takeout from here yesterday. I am now sick to my stomach… the 2 orders of General’s Chicken and 1 order of crab rangoon cost us $30 bucks…bland doesn’t describe the food. It was tough, flavorless and NOT good. One piece of chicken I bit into was pink on the inside, so go figure why I am sick. OH, and the sweet and sour sauce was tasteless as well and looked like watered down pink lemonade

This Buffet restaurant is the nastiest Chinese place i have ever went to. They have displayed limited foods you can choose from and most importantly, their foods are hard and burnt. To top it all off, they charge you 15% on top of the outrageously expensive buffet cost. Some of you will find that their foods are even worse than the leftover foods you find in your local garbage cans! I will never come back to this nasty place ever again!

When we walked in we noticed that there were a bunch of awards on the wall and we expected to have good food. Apparently the awards are for something completely un-related as the food was very very bland. Go to the Imperial Chinese Restaurant instead.
