I was blown away by how efficiently this team handles the morning rush! Even with a long line, my drink was ready in record time and tasted perfect. The staff is incredibly upbeat and greeted everyone with a smile, which really made my morning. It’s the perfect spot to grab your caffeine fix when you’re on the move. Highly recommend this location for their speed and great service!

Isn’t it great to receive amazing and friendly service first thing in the morning? It truly brightens your day! I visited this location around 7 AM for coffee and breakfast, and as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. The cashier was so friendly and encouraged me to take my time deciding what to order, all while smiling. My drink turned out even better than I had hoped, and the store was spotless. They really made my day!

As much as I grew fond of coming to this Starbucks, the changing corporate demands, turned my most recent exchange with their staff really unpleasant
Apparently, it is now the new demand of barista’s that if you ask for the combination for the bathroom, they have to ask if you’re there. This poor deer could have looked up to see that there are a total of two customers that have been sitting at this Starbucks for the last hour And when I took exception to her asking if I was paying Customer, she said oh I’m so sorry the new rules tell me I have to say this. This is malarkey. I go to Starbucks frequently. Most of the Starbucks have no key code on the bathroom. And never have I been asked if I paid for anything.
Probably this was just somebody taking license with the rules, but I do know Starbucks is trying to make it a warmer friendlier place where they say welcome in and have a nice day and all this stuff. They’re trying to mimic the old feeling we used to go out to cafés. Well, let me tell you, when it’s just pro forma mimicking of lines delivered from corporate and no real human paying attention to who’s in the store this kind of policy fall flat.
Guess I’ll be taking my rather substantial business elsewhere. Saving money, losing customers. Good luck, Yelm Starbucks.0

Always an enjoyable experience. This location is managed extremely well accompanied by an absolutely amazing staff. Even when there is some turnover (which is rare) they hire someone who fits right in. Always impressed with the cleanliness as well.

Got my coffee from the Starbuck next to the Indigo Multicare. I got a vinti cappuccino. When I arrived home the cup was half empty, and I didn’t even zip any on the way. I felt cheated.

This Starbucks needs a new manager. It s almost as if I have entered a homeless street where it s so dirty. We spent lots of money for one item or two, and they can’t even clean?! It is an embarrassing shop here in Yelm. Yelm is not even a city for crissakes. It is still a town. Keep this shop clean!!! See pics. I can’t wait for the new Starbucks. They better do a better job on cleaning! I never see anyone cleaning tables at all. Starbucks employees are so lazy. This big manager needs to go. The trash can outside is never cleaned. It s disgusting. Is this how Starbucks treats us? Treat shop as if it s a home!! Last, I always was clear on toasting bagels darker, but they make them light or not even toasted. Seriously, we should toast our own ways.

I had a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino for the first time and it was amazing. While waiting for a pedicure I went in and ordered another one.

Reign or whatever her name is apparently is also the manager of one of the establishments was working here today and I have never encountered such a rude person at Starbucks. I asked for an additional cup for my baby and she said that there was no way to account for the EMPTY CUP! She stated she could give me a pup cup which if you have a toddler you know that would end up ALL over my back seat. When I asked why because all the stores will typically give me an empty cup when spending $20 at their facility…including this store which I go to nearly EVERYDAY! She proceeded to tell me that she will be informing all the employees that they are not to hand out empty cups or fill an empty cup as a pup cup for ANYONE. So I hope that Starbucks really stops hiring such heartless people for a plastic cup that costs the company maybe 10cents…I’m also disappointed that this is a store manager. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and understand cracking down but I asked for a cup because I couldn’t stop and hand feed my 1 yr old whip cream….will not be returning until new management takes over.

The best Starbucks location. The staff is amazing. Our drinks always taste great from here! I’ve also spend a great deal of time doing homework inside, they’ve got some nice comfy chairs 🙂

Cold and generic service, this place lacks any personality that any Starbucks should have. I miss the genuine warmth Starbucks used to have. Sad, especially when they’re trying to rebuild their reputation. Also, why isn’t COFFEE an option when you ask “what did I get”?
I guess you’re not in the coffee business anymore.
