I’ve been frequenting this place for lunch several years now, the value for dollar is great! I’ve got absolutely no issue with the employees – they always strive to do the best they can, granted we all have an off day once in a while! Where my issue lies is current Management…they used to serve pretty decent quality products, however over the last few months it has gone downhill significantly…no longer do they serve steak fries with the burgers, the onion rings (which were the best in town) are hardly edible, etc. These food & beverage managers come in, think they’re going to cut costs and improve profits…in the long run they just ruin the place!

The former parrot dice grill has now become the Double Eagle Casino Grill. The food isn’t bad, but after my visit I noticed that my card had been charged for the wrong amount. Fortunately I kept my receipt, so I tried calling management and sat on hold for 15 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up. I talked to an acquaintance of mine who said the same thing happened to them. If you’re going to eat here, I recommend paying in cash.

Took over 30 minutes to receive order in nearly empty restaurant. My burger was dry, tasted like it was straight from the freezer to the microwave. My sautéed onions were raw. My Bleu cheese consisted of three small crumbles. My young daughter received hot wings instead of the chicken strips that were ordered. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

Waited an hour for chicken tenders and fries
Biggest problem with this place is no supervision or management.
It seems like they run on a “fill whatever order you feel like” system or “fill whoever comes up and complains about the wait.”
In fact the tenders had been done and just sitting in a box, and the fries hanging above the grill for at least 10 minutes before i went up and complained, and they finally filled my order.
The food just sits there and they cant work efficiently to put it in the box and give it to the customer.
They need a supervisor…

This place is nasty. Low quality food and low quality service. Took half an hour for an order of hot wings. $6 for 6 wings!! Told me they were jumbo wings, definitely not. Opened the togo box and theres holes melted everywhere, wings were melted to the bottom. Didn’t even eat them…

Parrot Dice Grill has that “Hole in the Wall” feeling. I’ve been there 3 times so far and each visit was great. The staff is really nice.

Will be going back. I don’t remember the names of the burgers sadly but I asked what their best burger was and that’s what I got. For the price it was really good.
