This is my fault for going to pick up food, instead of cooking. Man look at this. When I say my children was pissed……
So I called the store to ask him if he could remake it after proving i purchased it… and told him how i didn’t want a refund, and my 12 year old just wanted his pizza. ( hell i could have brought that dry pizza back if he asked, its still at home) The manager proceeds to get aggressive with his words, and super rude, acting like i lied about it, again after proving everything, and tried to belittle me…. So since I lied about that pizza sir. Here you go. ✌️

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery that took 2 hrs to arrive. Couldn’t track my order like they claim.so I came annd waited until the driver showed up to my house. Just to find out the driver ate half of my order. So now I’m back AGAIN !!

I am sitting at this location as I write this review. The service here was horrible. I ordered a pizza with no cheese, yet it was delivered with cheese. I had to drive back to the store to have the issue corrected.
When I arrived, I was told that requesting “no cheese” does not include provolone cheese, which is an absurd and unacceptable policy. Initially, the staff did not want to remake my pizza or refund my money. It took a bystander speaking up on my behalf before they finally agreed to make a new pizza.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. A simple mistake turned into an unnecessarily frustrating situation, and it should never take outside intervention for a business to do the right thing.

Don’t eat here unless you feel like wasting a bunch of money. I ate from this location twice since it’s the nearest to me. Big mistake. Second order was arguably worse than the first time. I gave them a 2nd chance. There won’t be an 3rd. Ordering anything other than pizza is a mistake. And if I could back in time, I wouldn’t order pizza either. The pizza was barely eatable. Pepperonis were burnt to a crisp. Literally peeled them off and just ate what little cheese was on the pizza. Garlic Parmesan bread bites were too burnt to eat, at all. Cinnamon ‘twists’ were just burnt clumps of what I assume is leftover dough. They weren’t even shaped like a twist. The only thing I enjoyed on both orders were the sodas. Shoutout to Coca cola company. This Domino’s should not even be in business. Or at least learn to bake and turn down the freakin’ oven. They’re cooking stuff at like 700 degrees.

For many years, I have consistently ordered my pizza from Domino’s in the same manner. However, I recently received my pizza in an unacceptable condition. It lacked cheese, which I find quite amusing and perplexing. Even after the pizza was remade, it remained unsatisfactory. The appearance suggested haste in preparation, with undercooked vegetables, excessive sauce, and a complete absence of cheese. It is evident that this location requires comprehensive retraining. Notably, the supervisor personally approved and boxed my pizza. While the delivery driver was courteous and pleasant, that is the sole reason for my two-star rating. The pizza arrived cold, with hard bread and undercooked vegetables. Both pizzas were inedible, and we discarded them entirely. The haphazard manner in which my pizza was assembled is clearly evident.

I’m editing this because I have to mention that the last two times I ordered from this Domino’s it was actually pretty decent The food was good the pizza was cooked fine(brownies are usually over cooked a bit. there was cheese on pizza both times. PLUS the delivery guy was even super helpful the last time I ordered because Uber Eats didn’t give me the discount advertised to me and they adjusted it at the store so it charged me the proper amount in the end. So they definitely get SOME credit……

I ordered pineapple spinach with extra sauce and feta and provolone added. This is what I got. Looks like the only cheese in this is feta. This is the worst pizza I have ever ordered in my 40 years on earth. Wow. Just…. Wow.
