Saw this cool looking resturant on my way to Wendy’s and thought, man that place looks cool. Needless to say I was disappointed. The Burger was so bad, that I couldn’t finish. Soda was flat and the fries were mediocre. It took 15 mins to cook a one burger for me. The store was empty. Service was decent but I should have gone to Wendy’s.

Completos was exciting die to the fact that the burgers are definitely the selling point. They were messy, juicy, and loaded with flavor but the biggest thing is that it was a la carte which means the price is just for the burger and you’d need to buy the sides separately. As for the plate of food, it was phenomenal and the Yuka fries were the selling point of the plate for me. I think if they made a shift to burger plates instead of a la carte then they’d have 5 stars from me but for the price I feel more could be done. With that being said I believe everyone should make their own opinion and give it a try!

The family and I decided to stop by here on a whim and ironically our visit was met with an excellent experience. Noticing this was a Portuguese establishment it was engaging to relearn/reuse what little I remembered to navigate through the menu. The staff are quite friendly so be patient because the food certainly throws you for a loop. Miguel for example while not confident in speaking English, his charming and attentive nature makes up and adds to the experience.
Atmosphere: 8/10
– Admittedly while it isn’t stellar to look at, you’ll enjoy the fair hit of Brazilian Culture from the art pieces to the overall color palette displayed. However, having to request Fútbol to be displayed on the inactive TVs does beg a need for rectification at least from what I experienced.
Menu: 6/10
– At first I thought it was just a Hamburger Only place with the one sheet of paper given though after learning from Miguel that there were “more” had us eager to see what other options were available. Definitely need to make a “full menu” instead of burying the good stuff from interested parties.
Food: 8.5/10
– While I settled with the “X Bacon” & “Chocolate Parfait”, my Father and Uncle grabbed themselves their “Special Ribs” which was bombastic! (Note: Saturday Special) However, the beef burger’s meat wasn’t exactly as savory as I had hoped but more satisfactory in comparison to the “Frango” (Chicken Sandwich) which again my Father and Uncle had as well. The Chocolate Parfait and Pineapple Cup were good though leaves more to be desired for the most part. Finally, at Miguel’s suggestion we gave the Guaraná Soda a try and it’s definitely a drink to savor here or at least try out though I apologize in stating it isn’t my first choice.
Service: 10/10
– Despite the earlier scores, Miguel did fantastic in attending to our needs and even went so far as to provide good encouragement to tryout dishes by providing quick photos for us to see as the menus don’t give such previews so big bonus points there. Keep up the good work Miguel and thanks for helping us out.
Overall: 7.5/10
– Plenty of room for growth, but I can sense a family vibe from this restaurant which may very well be the reason it’s still in business though I must insist on touching up on those quality details…

– For Burgers, make them juicier and not dry (Medium Standard? Otherwise let customers request preference.)

I just happened upon this place when driving down the road somewhat distracted but looking for something yummy to eat. I truly don’t know why anyone would give less than five stars. The meal I had was simple but delicious (the salmao) salmon with butter sauce, capers, broccoli, rice, and mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly and the man at the register was really nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back asap. I took a bite before I took the picture.

The food was really good. I would definitely go back. My kids enjoyed their meal as well. I ordered the crispy chicken lunch. My only minor issue is the lunch did not come with a drink.

Friendly but wow, that burger was so tough, when I asked for a knife to cut it, I got a proper steak knife with serrations, it was so hard to cut through.
When I tasted it I knew what happened, they salted the heck out of it to cook it faster.
I saw another review that said should have gone to. Wendy’s, they were right.
If it was a good value I wouldn’t have said anything, but a plain kids burgers, a double with drinks and fries for $43. This was the most unsatisfying burger experience I’ve ever had.
