Visited this place twice during my stay in Bethlehem and loved it. The pizzas are excellent, the dough is super light and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated/too full after eating.
Excellent selection of pizza toppings, and occasionally they have a special with a burrata topping, which is excellent with a little side of anchovies (as recommended by one of the Managers).
There are a few sides to choose from, I went for the mozzarella sticks both times, portion size was good, taste was great.
Very good selection of drinks/cocktails also available.
The restaurant was really clean, nice vibe, prices were more than reasonable and all the staff were really friendly.
If you are visiting Bethlehem and looking for somewhere good to eat then I highly recommend OTTO.

The restaurant offers the most authentic Italian food outside Italy. Otto’s staff and owners were friendly and welcoming. I loved a variety of cocktails and traditional dishes. 10/10. Grazie or شكراً!

HANDS DOWN the best Italian restaurant in Bethlehem. The ambience is very relaxing, and the outside seating is the best on a summer night. The owners are very friendly. Great food selection, and the prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend the pepperoni pizza with fresh mozzarella, the Frutto di mare pasta (which is made with fresh pasta!), and the berries on ice cocktail. I love their almond iced coffee, and the nutella pizza is a must-try! Their tiramisu is heavenly!!!! I’m a frequent customer of this restaurant, and I would highly recommend it.

This place is simply amazing! Delicious and with true Italian pizza! A place where I go when I want to feel home and have a good pizza. The owners who are managing the place spent many years in Italy, they know how to make Italian food, with the best quality ingredients and, beside that, they are super friendly and welcoming.
