I went through the drivethru this morning and the employees were absolutely amazing! They allowed me to get a peppermint mocha even though I was one day early for the release of holiday drinks, they added some free cookie crumbles on top of my drink, they wrote “So Sweet!” on the bag of my chocolate croissant–they were just absolutely wonderful! I love this location so much! ❤️☕️

Every time we come here, they always ask you to move up, even when there is no one behind us. We ordered two coffees and we moved up to the umbrella, for what reason? Please fix this! Stop asking people to move up and wait. The whole concept of a drive thru is to order and pick up your item(s) at the window.

I understand being Saturday that it will be a bit busier, but this was ridiculous! The person taking our orders took forever and kept repeating it back to us incorrectly saying grande when we ordered venti. Then, we get up to the window and wait for 5 minutes before anyone came to us. They scanned my app and then 2 minutes later, asked if they had scanned it. Then they say they’re having issues and to pull up. Five cars got their orders and passd us before someone came out with only one of our drinks and then asked do you have another one? My husband says yes and states what it was (was the caramel apple brown sugar drink from the hidden menu) and then maybe a few minutes later came back and asked if it was hot or cold. He literally said ICED. They finally come out with my drink, but it didn’t have the sticker on the side saying what’s in it and it DEFINITELY didn’t have the pumps of the brown sugar apple in it, only the Carmel cold foam. From start to finish it took 35 minutes and all they said was, SORRY FOR THE WAIT. Once again, I understand being busy, but getting the order wrong, forgetting something after you just asked 2 minutes later, and then leaving you at the window for 5 minutes before they acknowledge you, is pretty extreme. I’ve always gone to this location and never had a problem, but today was the worst!

I love this Starbucks but please have the individual with green hair learn how to properly make a brown sugar shaken espresso with matcha sweet cream cold foam, because this is not it and this was made a second time and still made wrong. This is also the 2nd time this happens to me from the same individual but luckily last time another barista made it for me . I hope this is helpful and resolved !

I will never go back to this store. The service is very slow. I waited almost a half hour for 1 latte and a breakfast sandwich. Vey nice, but very slow.

Starbucks changed the way they make their coffee…. I’ve not been in Starbucks for some time. They no longer brew a pot of coffee, they have a machine that makes it a cup at a time. My opinion of the quality of my cup of dark coffee, black (no sugar or cream) is that it does not have the same depth of flavor as it did before, it seems watered down.

When placing order asked for 6 pumps of Carmel syrup in my Carmel frappe when made they put 2. When I asked if it was only 2 pumps to which the girl said yes, they acted like it was an inconvenience to remake it. Keep in mind I had already taken a drink. Instead of remaking it, they dumped the whole drink including the whipped cream into blender and just added the normal 4 pumps to it.

I stopped in Starbucks in O’Fallon for a latte and a pastry. As always, my latte and food were delicious. The baristas are very nice and very efficient. Nice atmosphere in which to relax while I enjoy my food and drink!

On 5/26/2024 one of the managers called the police on a lady that wanted her drink remade. That lady ended up getting arrested in front of her lil kids. I think the baristas should get more training on how to handle drink remakes&service instead of calling the police….

The female worker pretty much tossed our drinks at us and didn’t even say a word or have a decent look in her face (and we were nice, so idk what her deal was). Our orders were sloppily done and we didn’t get extras we paid (extra) for. I guess to her, lining the cup is dumping sauce in the bottom of the cup.
