Celebrated a friend’s birthday at Casa Tua and the night was perfect. The manager Jesus and our waitress Shaquera were outstanding. Both were attentive, warm, and made the celebration feel personal from start to finish. The food was excellent, and the desserts and drinks stood out. Big thanks to the Casa Tua team for a memorable night.

had a guest visiting from Paris who reserved Casa Tua under the hotel restaurant — and it turned out to be such a great decision. The atmosphere is refined and elegant, perfect for a classy, luxurious dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the dessert was phenomenal. Service was attentive and professional throughout. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in the city.

Invited as a guest to celebrate our friend birthday, I had the pleasure to see and experience for the first time Casa Tua. From the entrance, all the end our whole experience was outstanding. Staff was attentive, managers on top of everything, Here I should mention Jesus going above and beyond to make sure we are all happy and satisfied with all our needs. I have seen other staff members coming to help when help was needed, you don’t see that every day; I have seen managers coming and checking on us to ensure that our experience is one to remember. Food was not from a restaurant kitchen, food was coming from my parents home kitchen. There are no words to describe how delicious was every dish. The Gelato was just like I remember it. Overall 5 stars are not enough for this place, from the first moments till we left I was impressed. I will definitely come back when I want to feel like I am in Italy.

HOW TO GET IN: I only had to walk in at 7 pm on a Saturday and seated promptly.
I had such a nice time here. As soon as we walked in the host was so sweet and directed us to the bar. The bartender Pablo made sure we were seated and comfortable. While I thought the drinks were on the pricier side, it was worth it because they tasted good and for the ambience and service alone I would understand the price. The inside is beautiful. I want to come back to try the food

Exceptional dining experience here. My friend and I went on a Friday night and sat on the bar side and we had a great time. Our waiter was fantastic and knowledgeable. We shared all dishes and spaced them out into a 5 course plating. Everything was delicious. The tuna crudo melted in your mouth, the mushroom pasta was superb and the Doversole was light and tasty.

This is my boyfriend and I favorite place in the city, the food is so so good, the pasta
dishes are to die for and the PISTACHIO GELATO is the best gelato I had in New York. The drink selection is amazing, I love how it stays true to an authentic Italian drink list!
Important MENTION goes to DANIELE and his staff: they are amazing!!! Daniele really treats you like your family, he always makes our dinner unforgettable every time we come and the fact that he’s Italian makes this whole experience even more authentic and special!!!

I have never written a bad review before but I truly feel like this is necessary. I went to Casa Tua for breakfast and it was genuinely the worst dining experience I have EVER had. When I arrived, the hostess/coat check woman was so beyond rude and unfriendly- didn’t give us the time of day. I ordered an omelette and it came out completely wrong two separate times before it was corrected and no waiter apologized. My chicken sausage was freezing cold and I had to ask for it to be warmed up- again, no apologies. I had to ask for my toast 3 separate times and butter/jam a separate two times. They brought me white toast when I ordered sourdough and were insisting me it was sourdough until I was finally brought the correct toast. We were never refilled our water glasses, no one ever came over to apologize or speak to us. It was genuinely bizarre- for a fine dining establishment and hotel in NYC, I was blown away. My boyfriend stayed at the Surrey the week before and I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to if they can’t even serve their guest a proper breakfast. I genuinely have had better dining experiences at Chick-fil-A.
