I don’t ever expect high quality pizza when I go to places like this but it’s usually edible. This pizza was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it. The cheese was half melted and smelled like burning hair. I definitely wouldn’t go here again

Terrible customer service! I called the restaurant because they didn’t put all the toppings that I had paid for on the pizzas. The girl said she made my order so she knew it was correct and the only way they’d do anything was if I took the order back up there. I was hosting a get together and wasn’t going to leave my guest to prove to them that they messed up. I literally only asked for reimbursement or credit for the 3 missing toppings. I didn’t ask for anything more and they were so rude the entire time. The NY is clearly missing the sausage and the other one is clearly missing the banana peppers and jalapeños.

My family doesn’t eat pizza often, but when we do, we choose the Pizza Hut on Emerson . THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! The pizza I just received actually has a cheese pull! 100/10.

This is a long one. It took 20 minutes after seating us for heather to take our order. After we recieved our pizza, it was the meat lovers or it was supposed to be. They skimped hard on the toppings.after eating and having to search the store for heather to get a box we realized they charged us for drinks instead of water. That was corrected when we brought attention to it. Also our marinara sauce had the consistancy of tomato soup.That being said heres where it gets fun heather our fun loving hostess/ waitress was a real princess with her air pods in her ears, and hickies all over her neck. The guy making pizzas spent more time pulling up his pants than making pizzas. And lastly the place was dirty. 2 tables were left uncleaned when we arrived and no one even attempted to clean them the almost hour we were there. Crew at this location have no sense of urgency, no customer service skills, and apparently rather play on their phones then service paying customers. This was sunday the 15th and my wife and i were visiting, but atleast i know not to go here again

after my experience at the other Emerson Pizza Hut, this was like a 5 star quality restaurant. The manager was super nice and understanding when there was a mishap and we will be coming back also the vibe here is immaculate, very homey and very warm

Water leaks on to the salad bar area, and they have bed bug in the booths. Unless you feel like taking some hitchhikers home, I would avoid at all costs.

This location is the worse in the area. They always serve trash pizza and can’t even follow basic instructions like light sauce. Order light sauce and they give you extra sauce. The guy who is the evening manager is rude and doesn’t like to deal with their mistakes and will argue with you too.

Terrible customer service! I just asked , my order is not right and they were so rude the entire time.I said have no supervisor there & I talked over the phone with supervisor name Suzan & just told her pull up voice recording from your cameras. How your employs treating Costumers & just asked for refund back. Because I didn’t want get new order with that negative energy girls. Then they said they calling police , not going make refund. Then I had also called police after they called police. Both girls had Terrible Coustmer service
