I love Lotaburger this location sucks slow service I did a mobile order came in a little while later they hadn’t even started my order. Only two people working that’s it. I doubt I’ll be back as the one close to my house is on top of their game. Edit: I wrote this while I was waiting for my order….. well, unbelievable the order was Incorrect and they told me sorry there’s only two people working and we have to remake your order both burgers where made wrong unbelievable. This is Sunday night at 7:00 zero people inside l, and zero customers that I could see besides me definitely last time I’ll be at this location. 30 minutes, and counting for two burgers one large fry. Another update when I got home one of the remade Burgers was still incorrect when you pay for double cheese in the app and only get one slice oh well…. learned my lesson I’ll never go to this location again.

The burgers were good, but I hardly got any fries. Ordered medium and they only gave me half, I don’t understand why the workers do that. I’m sure they would not do that to their own family members. I hate being shorted food, I find that disrespectful!!

Every restaurant when it opens has the best quality food The sad truth is the decline happens. This location has been open a while and still has amazing quality food. Crispy fries, crispy onion rings they even toasted the bun of the burgers. Simply amazing. Please keep it up.

This is the 2nd time that my breakfast burritos have been made incorrectly. Today, I literally received my burrito with raw hash browns. I asked for extra hash & Crispy since that is an available online selection. I got extra hash but they must have not been even fried. The taste of this burrito is just awful! I also asked for extra cheese and bacon. I won’t even go there. Let’s just say I hope others dont experience this type of burrito. Lotaburger used to be amazing! Not sure what has happened. I have been trying to call the store for over an hr and just continue to receive the automated system that leads to a voicemail. Order # 67 on 06/01 – All I am asking is for it to get a store credit or have it remade. Contacting the store should absolutely not be this difficult. I do not live next door!

We have come to this location 3 times and each time we had poor service. The staff don’t seem to care about anything. Today, we arrived at the drive thru and could hear them speaking on the other end but not answering us. They were just talking amongst each other. After a few minutes, we pulled up to the window and the girl Violet seems irritated. We tell her we need our order taken. Once we got home we realized we were missing our fries. There’s no way to get connected to the store. I tried calling several times. My husband drove back to the store and was told by Violet there is nothing they can do unless they see the food. She said we could have been anyone off the street asking for food as if she did not just see my husband within the last 30 minutes. All we asked for was our missing fries. She said that’s the policy she needs to see the food. This policy does not make sense. We could have easily threw the items away or consumed them. I can maybe understand if it’s an incorrect order but not for missing items. Waste of time.

This is an honest review first time we tried this location this morning. Thought we’d make it easy order online was simple. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches one bacon one sausage and a breakfast burrito with crispy potatoes and bacon. Confirmation said will be ready at 10:50 am ordered at 10:33 am went to pick up seemed really unorganized and waited and waited didn’t receive our order till 11:10 for three items. Then the order came incorrectly with no sausage sandwich and burrito had almost raw potatoes and flabby bacon not crispy ended up throwing it out. So disappointed as other locations are usually good. This needs to be addressed and replied to as I’m completely unhappy by the wait time and then to screw up the order is too much. I understand mornings can be busy but this is an established restaurant here in Albuquerque.

This is the worst location to get a breakfast burrito I wont eat at this location anymore because every time we order the burritos are cold inside the cheese is not melted and starchy after I’ve already talked to the manager about it nothing changes. other locations have no issue giving hot food I don’t understand the issue. The manager some old guy is also very rude looks like he needs to retire. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with him and make minimum wage. I don’t recommend eating at this location your order will most likely be incorrect and or cold like they don’t have the right equipment or something I’m not too sure why its not the same as the other Blakes.

Great customer service! Michelle was at the counter and showed a great personality—friendly and professional. Even after the food was served, she was attentive and came by our table to check if everything was okay. The food was delicious, and the restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean.
