I wish I took a picture before digging in but I couldn’t wait… this food was amazing and for the price?!?! I had the large jerk chicken meal… it was only $15. I will definitely be going to this spot more frequently!

Delicious food. Ordered food from here for the first time. Tender oxtail, sweet plantains, jerk and fried chicken seasoned just right. Country style veggies. I want to try their porridge. My husband and I will definitely be regulars here.

I love the soup here and for most part the food is consistently great. I have only had issues with the rice some days you can taste to coconut milk, thyme and scotch bonnet. And other days it’s just Parboiled white rice with kidney beans. That’s the only thing I can complain about. Family run and very wonderful people.

If I could rate it lower than one I would, the food was absolutely awful. Fried chicken tasted like it was held overnight and microwaved the next day, the pork did not taste like jerk pork, and it was horrendously dry, I hope to see better in the near future. But for now, I will never go back. RIP PUPAS KITCHEN.

Went for the first time today. I get what I usually get at Jamaican spots. Stew chicken/Brown Stew chicken. Got a good-sized portion and it tastes good and fresh. The lady there was very friendly and personable. There’s a couple of tables around but this is pretty much a grab-and-go place. There’s not a lot of room for parking but pulling up the side street that it’s next to would probably work if there’s no room in front to park.
*Edit* Oh. thank you! And sorry, I thought the space on the side was for the business next door. My apologies. And again, very tasty lunch!

I’m Barbadian majority of the best Jamaican spots are in New York so eventually I decided to stop by. Best family owned one I’ve come access. I’ve met the grandmother, daughter, son granddaughter and been on the phone with the wife of the son. Love these people I always tell them “ I’ll be back” never lied yet!!!!❣️❣️❣️
