Been coming here for over a year now. Still love it. It’s like a pair of old jeans that fit just right. The clientele is 90% regulars, so when you come here often, you become part of the family. The owner, Ross, does such a fine job with this place. I’ve made lifelong friends here, so stopping by for some cold snacks after dinner is always something I look forward to. Live music happens here quite often as well. It’s the best bar in Brunswick, hands down. Good food and delicious booze, baby!

This place could be very cool. The bartenders take 15 mins to serve you. They avoid eye contact and try their hardest not to serve you. While the owner is behind the bar drinking making drinks. It’s like a bad episode of bar rescue. And I’m pretty sure a Jack and Coke isn’t 9$.

This is our go to place. The owner Ross is down to earth and super cool. The service is on point. If good drinks that are reasonably priced are your thing, then this is the place for you

This was hands down one of the worst bar experiences I’ve ever had. The bartender was so aggressively rude it felt like we were being punished just for trying to order a drink. She rolled her eyes, snapped at us, and acted like we were a complete inconvenience. Honestly, it felt hostile. At one point we genuinely felt scared to speak up or ask for anything—like she was going to bite our heads off. I’ve never felt that kind of tension just trying to order a drink. It was so bad we asked for a manager, and even that felt unsafe. To top it off, she seemed like she might have been drunk, or at the very least totally unprofessional. I don’t know how someone like that is allowed behind the bar. We ended up walking out because no drink is worth being treated like that. Absolutely unacceptable.

The most bizarre experience – my 24/25 year old friends and I who grew up in Brunswick, Ohio came to this bar and got denied because 3 of us live in different states and have different state IDs? They had no evidence to back up that our IDs were fake (they are not) no light, no scanner, no real bouncer – but were so confident that they were fakes and they would not serve us. The bartender continued to say that some of the IDs had 1999 and 2000 – correct….do the math? that’s completely normal? this place is so weird. don’t recommend!!! boooo!

Manzo is a local Brunswick bar with friendly service and affordable drinks. We have been there a couple times for a drink before heading out with friends. Easy to find. I hear they host bands there too. I have never been there for that but seems like a good spot! Check them out if your in the area

This place is great place to relax and enjoy a few drinks. The place has a great ambiance and the vibes there are amazing. Collette is always so nice! The prices are very reasonable! My boyfriend and I love when we come visit!

Really fun and beautifully lighted small venue with a great crab rangoon appetizer and great service! Small tiki area to sit inside. Seating can be limited when crowded. Pool table. Owner is a doll and works hard at this business.

I never leave reviews ever. However this is necessary. My friends and I were home for Easter weekend all celebrating being together and we stopped into Manzos for the first time and were DENIED to be served because we “all had different IDS”. We all live in different states now so we obviously have non-Ohio IDs. I AM ALSO A BARTENDER AND HAVE NEVER DENIED SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY LIVE OUT OF STATE!!! I’ve never in my life heard of not being served due to having an out of state ID. God forbid a girl who visits her family in Brunswick Ohio wants a drink . The girl with the black eyeliner HATED us the second we walked in there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

My 25/26 year old friends and I, who grew up in Brunswick, were back in town visiting family for Easter. We got DENIED drinks at Manzo’s after showing our LEGIT IDs because they were from “all different states”. We were obviously confused and tried to have a conversation about it but were told we were being too aggressive (we were sober and immediately put on the defense). They refused to scan them or give us any real evidence as to why they couldn’t serve us. We were actually shooed out (yes shooed with the hand motion) after trying to reason with the bartenders. Absolutely BAFFLED. I have never heard of such a thing. Would love to get a response from manzos about this (ask the girl with the eyeliner and/or the red head who were working on Easter eve).
