We ordered the steak cheesy dipping burritos expecting something atleast a LITTLE similar to what was on the website however thats not what we got. We got little tiny “burritos” that aren’t even the size of a finger. I am overly disappointed and this is ridiculous. Over five dollars for two bites of food.

Its the only place open past midnight, so I find myself here a lot. Its usually good, not so much sometimes, but I always try to watch in because there’s almost always one or two things wrong. The staff always fixes it so I can’t really complain about that.

It appears that they intentionally placed the the door dash/mobile pick up display over the cash register to prevent traditional ordering. It’s like they’re trying to hide the cash register, to make it seem like it’s not in use…, just to force you to order on on the self kiosk… Not interested whatsoever in that. The fast food industry has become so lazy.

Came inside to look what I wanted to order. After a brief wait one of the employees asked me if I was ready to order. I replied I was still looking, she was leaving to go on her break. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order after I decided what I wanted. But no one came to ask me even though at least two young gentlemen looked at me a few times. Finally one of them came to take my order. I was the only at the counter ordering. This has been the second time that this has happened at this location. The first time was in late summer were l waited and waited till I finally left. I ended up going to the Taco Bell on Lincolnway by Bittersweet. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, I told them that what had happened and that I appreciated their fast service. Even though I live closer to the Taco Bell on Ash Road by Walmart I won’t be going there anytime soon. I always give restaurants a second chance. They had their second chance and failed.
