My boyfriend & I had a dinner date here & it wasn’t a good experience for us. We left feeling a little upset. We had waitress Madison & she would check on us but not once did she refill our drinks. My boyfriend & I finished both of ours & with how often she was checking on us they should’ve gotten filed. It’s her job to make sure those are filled. We also got an appetizer & it was not worth the money or even good. We got the Crib-seasoned Cheese Fries & never again. Just shredded melted cheese & like 10 tiny pieces of bacon. My boyfriend got the catfish meal & he said it should be flaking off not crunchy.

Glady spent over 200$ tonight because Rachael was our waitress and she was amazing definitely should be looked at for a manager may I say GM position we ordered appetizers she came by the table faster then I could drink a beer and had another sitting there before I could finish was super polite talked to my daughter entertained the whole table all night on top of the 5 other tables she was waiting on food was hot and fast I live over an hour away it was our first time at rib crib and will continue to drive and come see Rachael for the best service Iv experienced in years

Being from Texas y’all have work to do on your BBQ. Ribs and brisket were both dry and lacked flavor. Service wasn’t the best. Server came by for drink and food order and disappeared. Long wait for food on a not so busy night. Then want to charge $15 for a super spud because you dont have regular ones but your server doesnt know this. Ridiculous

Food was on point, we were seated promptly, our waiter took a few minutes to come out, but he was attentive when around meanwhile the hostess tried to hide in the kitchen on her phone every 2-3 minutes leaving people standing at the door for the 5-10 min she was standing just in view of our seats giggling on her phone. The place was not busy at 4pm on a sunday, few hick ups my husband’s order was missing items but our sweet waiter realized his mistake and ran by apologizing on his way to grab the missing item as soon as he realized

Service was a little slow, but we came on a Monday at 1 pm. for lunch.
Got pulled pork sandwhich and the lunch special with the pulled pork potato and the wings with the split hickory sauce.
The split hickory was so good! She explained it being a little bit spicy, but I did not think it was at all!
Ceilings need dusted
Fries were great!
The sandwich was grilled with the inside of the bread being still toasted and crunchy. So yummy!
Ranch was super yummy, but a little too liquidy.
Water tasted like tap, but soda was good !

$30 for two people for lunch
Took about an hour
Good music playing!

Family friendly: 3/5 there is a changing station and highchairs.
No kids’ menu that I saw.

Accessibility ♿️: 2/5 parking right by the front. Tables aren’t a great height. No automatic doors. Bathroom is small. Outside seating would not accommodate wheel chair.

Ribs. And American portions. I ordered the half rack and it looked like what you’d be given as a full rack back home! I ate three ribs. Darn good ribs but it was sooooo much. Gigantic salads. They were meals onto themselves. Fried okra. And limp green beans.
The service was excellent, it was the middle of the afternoon so we were almost the only people in the restaurant which was awesome.

I overall like rib crib better then hog wild I just feel the quality of the meat is always hit and miss our very first visit it was amazing
Now we get take out and the brisket is usually very dry. We got bad BBQ this last week we got take out and I didn’t have any in the fridge so we ate our food without barbecue. The barbecue tasted and smelled very old like mold. I’m not sure if it was sitting out or what I just feel like quality check should be something that’s happening there. Ensuring your serving quality meat etc half the time we are wasting the brisket cause no one wants to eat dry brisket.

I ordered 3 ribs. They were moist and done right. It came with 2 sides. Fried Okra and green beans. Servers were great and attentive. No complaints.
