Good luck getting an order taken in the drive thru . Cars were waiting 10-20 minutes with zero service!? ” I’ll be with you in a moment” then nothing!? Lima road is so much better and the service is top notch ! I won’t waste my time at this Auburn location again. If you don’t want customers just say that lol So many people including me just left .

The drive thru people were more important than those waiting at the counter. They were very busy, one gal was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but her boss kept her busy with to go orders. The food was ok, but some of the chicken was rubbery.

Opening week for this panda and they crushed it ( in my opinion)! Food hot and fresh. Very helpful and friendly atmosphere. I just moved to auburn and it looks to be just in time with my new favorite restaurant becoming available here. Good job staff! P.s the lobby and drive thru stayed full yet no slow down on service..from time of walking in to having my food/eating was 1 min ❤️

Got a take out order & the food that we received was nothing close to edible. I’ve never had noodles resemble a mucus texture before, and I couldn’t even identify what was in the noodles at all.
We tried to call & ask for a refund. The person who answered told us “You get what you get. It’s not our fault you don’t like it. We don’t offer refunds, so just don’t come back if you’re not happy.” and hung up. They will definitely get what they want, because we won’t.

Kim took my order and she was so sweet and patient when i couldn’t hear what she said, she treated me with kindness and asked if i was from Chicago (because my hoodie) i said no IM just passing through headed to michigan n i just came from kentucky, her laughing and having a conversation with me and being absolutely polite, made my day better because what she didn’t know is i had a very emotional day, my ex cheated on me last week 2-3 times, and i decided i needed to move and that was today and passing by im glad i stopped for food here. she has a beautiful soul and i hope this company treats her with as much kindness as she showed me
