It is so unfortunate that the absolute worst McDonald’s is in the most convenient location for me. I’ve never had anything but bad experiences here. And it saddens me that because it’s so convenient. People continue to come here to get food because it is an absolute atrocious nightmare. And I cannot stand the fact that I have to look at this place every time I leave my house and I know that I never want to go here other than the terrible service. They’re also sticking bubblegum in kids’ food. And whenever we try to ask for our food after 30 minutes of waiting, we get an attitude for it. So this place really needs to get torn down.

If you enjoy ordering your food from a kiosk while the employees practice invisibility behind the counter, this McDonald’s is for you. Everything is automated, which would be great… except when you actually need a human and they act personally offended by your existence.
I ordered a chicken biscuit and a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. Both biscuits tasted like they were baked sometime last week, left out to think about their life choices, then served cold and tough this morning. The meat was cold. The eggs were cold. My soul was cold.
And then there was the Diet Coke. McDonald’s Diet Coke is supposed to be crispy, sharp, refreshing — basically the gold standard. What I got tasted like straight syrup with a vague memory of carbonation. Truly heartbreaking.
Overall, the food was sad, the vibe was awkward, and the kiosks were thriving while customer service was nowhere to be found. Would not recommend unless you’re doing a social experiment on disappointment.

The worst McDonald’s location in its general part of the state. Since when are 20+ min drive thru times normal? Drive thru window opens and customers basically get a contact high from the strong smell of weed, employees will look you in the face after sitting at the second window for 10 mins and go “why are you still sitting here? What did you order?” Management shows no interest in solving any issues, I swear theyre in a regional competition to figure out which location can truly be the worst, and they have the lead.

Management was terrible during my visit. Employees were asking for help and were met with a visibly frustrated manager who seemed overwhelmed and irritated. When I needed help with my order, the attitude alone made me decide to take my money elsewhere.
One employee mentioned that multiple people had called out, and honestly, after seeing how management handled the situation, I can understand why. Poor leadership creates a stressful environment for both staff and customers.

This McDonald’s consistently fails to give you your order correctly. Even when you go back, they won’t fix it correctly. I don’t know if they’re missing effort or basic intelligence but something is wrong with this place. It’s like weaponized incompetence has become a trait of the workers so they have less work to do in total. If you go here, you may as well just double the order and hope they get the half you want right. At least then you MAY end up with the correct amount of food.

All I can say is wow. I mean this place is bad bad. Even for Fayetteville and that’s saying something. They need some new management. Handed me ice cold food and then acted like they were doing me a huge favor to make it right. I’ve only been there twice. There can be absolutely nobody in the restaurant and nobody in the Drive-Thru. You put in an order for a simple sandwich and it turns into absolute chaos immediately. No professionalism whatsoever. Screaming and yelling in the kitchen over one order of one sandwich. It’s actually insane I’m not even sure how to describe it. The 1.7 reading makes perfect sense. If I could rate it zero I would.. I gave them two trees. There will never be a third I will not return. Management and corporate should take note of these reviews because this is unacceptable even for McDonald’s standards which is saying something. I had to go home and take a vitamin C after eating here because I immediately felt sick this is just sad for real. And if I do get sick I’m taking this to corporate. Just forget this place is there and do yourself a favor.

During my visit at this location I was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon arrival we went to the left lane and waited for about 10 mins. Three cars had got to ordered on the speaker next to us. We thought maybe it was broken. We went to the other speaker and was greeted immediately. Another car had pulled up the other speaker and got to order and pulled up. This is ridiculous.

none of the workers do their job. They got one girl flirting w some dude and not helping no one else. They do the orders wrong as hell, and nobody wants to do their job. Whole line of people waiting to order and get orders, and nobody at the cash register. Overall just shitty in all aspects. They also make it seem like YOUR inconveniencing them when you ask them to fix what they didn’t do. Why i got to go in and ask for sauce that YOU charged me for? i should get what i paid for. I would give a zero start for all of these if i could.

This McDonald’s always tries to shut down their drive-through 30 minutes to an hour early. I don’t know if the owner knows about this, but they should know because their employees are being lazy and just don’t wanna serve people because they wanna shut down the restaurant early. The employees lie and say that their systems are down and that you can come back in 10 to 15 minutes and then when you come back, they say the same thing that their systems are still down and they do this Every night cause they wanna close early. How about hire people that actually wanna work instead of the lazy people you got. There’s people that actually really need a job and would be grateful to have it.

This brand new mcdonalds is the worst. Every time its a problem. 1st ordered a cheeseburger plain, had to pull up and wait 20 minutes recieved the burger with everything on it. 2nd for breakfast, the slow moving drive thru wrapped all the way around it by the time I got to the order box I didn’t want the food anymore. 3rd, I had a mobile order at 8pm on Friday night, 10 pcs nuggets and medium fry, I got to the order box and they said “we’re not taking orders right now”. I dont think they should fire every manager amd staff member in there and find some new workers.
