They were all out of kids meal bags, kids meal toys, and ingredients for thin mint frosty. Additionally, I ordered a plain grilled chicken wrap and they put everything on it. Not a great experience today.

Lady at the window was very nice. Food was on point. Fresh ingredients, made nicely, and the fries were not cold!
Bathrooms were very clean too!

02/08/24- It’s Wendy’s, but since I never eat there it’s a treat. I’ll give them the a 5 and a shout out. Jo was the friendly cashier up front who had a line but kept smiling. I came in for the promo meal I saw on tv.
I had questions and Jo was patient. Jo did not rush me and explained they did not have the promo meal and offered me a chicken sandwich to which I allegedly agreed.
I got my meal, sat down and after a few nuggets I realized I had a chicken sandwich, which I never order. I went up to Jo and asked what happened to the burger.
Jo said I ordered the chicken sandwich. I said I didn’t hear her offer it to me and I that I never order those. I asked if it could be exchanged. Jo was not sure.
Jo asked Elaine what she could do. I felt bad and told Elaine I don’t like or order the chicken sandwich and I did not hear Jo offer it. I asked her if she could exchange it for the promotion burger I saw on tv.
Elaine was very understanding. Elaine said she could exchange it. While I was upset I was polite. I don’t get all crazy like some people do over food.
Elaine turned my day and Wendy’s experience into a happy one as my day had already been a long one. I never take out my bad day on anyone as they are not aware of it.
The fries were fresh and hot. The nuggets were filling and the burger was good. Overall a great experience and I will go back!

the level of disorganization at this location this morning (11/13/25) was intolerable. i was asked to pull up while i waited for my order two breakfast meals with two large coffees i proceeded to wait 27 minutes i went back through the drive through where i was repeatedly asked what my order was; was given a bad with one sandwich an waited an additional 10 minutes. once i finally was able to leave an returned home the maple *BACON* chicken croissant had no bacon. as displeased as i am to have to write this review i am even more disappointed by your morning service.

I love Wendy’s, and it’s my favorite franchise burger restaurant. The food was delicious. But the cashier was so rude. I placed a mobile order on Wednesday at 6 PM and visited the store to pick it up. When I told the cashier my name, she didn’t respond at all. She just looked at me as if telling me to take the food (again, without saying anything), but it wasn’t the drink I ordered, so I repeated my name. When I got to my car and checked the contents, the fries were missing. I went back inside and told her she seemed to have forgotten the fries. Without apologizing, she
gave me the fries with a very annoyed attitude and tone. However, when I got home and checked, I realized the three types of sauce I ordered were missing. The customer service at this location is disappointing and needs improvement.

Don’t go here unless you love your order being made wrong every time I can twice once today 1/14/26 and sometime in December of 2025 the December time I ordered the Dave’s single with no onion extra pickle and tomatoe what do I get no extra pickles and a bloody onion I hate onions if it was just the no extra pickles I would’ve been ok but I bit right into an onion I am allergic to onions luckily I was able to rinse my mouth out and not ingest any you can’t just pick something your allergic to off because it still has the toxins on it and then my moms order was so freaking sloppy it looked like a 2 year old made it this time my moms order ordered the double with only mayo ketchup and mustard same order for mine both made wrong tried to give them another chance and they blew that
