Went back to Chi Tea and was so happy to see that Waseem came back! You can really feel the difference he has the best customer service and makes the whole place more welcoming. He’s friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything comes out fresh and perfect. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the sandwiches were just as good as ever. Great food, even better service. Definitely one of my favorite spots now.

The food was amazing! The customer service was outstanding! I got chicken tenders, the burger, wings, Mac n cheese and fries. The tenders were juicy and perfectly made, the breading was crunchy and delicious. The burger was also great, I will probably go with adding an extra patty on there next time but it was delicious. The wings were bomb and the fries were perfectly salted. These guys know what they’re doing. Even my picky sister loved their food. Will definitely become one of my go-to spots from now on. Also the Mac n cheese was the BEST I’ve tried in the area and I’ve been looking for a good Mac n cheese across many restaurants. This one take the cake. Well done!

I ordered mac and cheese with chicken strips, and they called to tell me they were out of mac and cheese. They said they’d replace it with a single chicken slider. I was like how can you replace a whole bowl of mac and cheese with chicken strips on top with just one little slider?
I said no and told them I’d just take the chicken strips instead. When the order arrived, the chicken was very dry and not edible at all.
I gave it another chance in went to the restaurant and waited 30 minutes for a chicken burger and the restaurant was empty

Just had Chi Tea and it was amazing! Abu Bakr and Waseem were super friendly and made sure everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken tenders and sandwiches were perfectly crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Great service, great food — definitely coming back!

I went the other day and I took some of my teachers to this location and I paid for the food and I have the Masjid DarusSalam student discount and I have always used it but for some reason this time when I had a pretty good amount of food being ordered I was really looking forward to that 20% DS student discount but the worker last minutesaid no we dont acceptit, even though i have used the discount before at this location a couple times. We got the food after a long wait I would say about 35 minutes and the food was warm, and I also ordered Boba and they gave like almost 3/4 of cup instead of filling it up and I gave it back to the workers there and when I got it back it looked the same. Fine I later on ordered another 2 Bobas and I had to leave and keep in mind I ordered 15 minutes before only 2 boba drinks with extra tapioca and I waited and waited and at one point I asked for my drinks and they gave me the drinks another 10 minutes later after forgetting it and not only that but to top it off they forgot to add the tapioca and I paid for extra tapioca. The banana pudding at this location is just straight up whip cream 2/10 this is not acceptable I honestly prefer the lombard location they are quick and they don’t forget orders even when the store is packed the Bridgeview location when I went was not full at all. And btw banana pudding is 8.5/10 at the lombard location really good. Up your game Bridgeveiw chi tea.
