I preordered and prepaid for a 5:30 PM pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. I expected delays on a busy day, but our order wasn’t ready until 45-50 minutes after the scheduled time.
When we got home, the food had a strong burnt smell. The boneless wings tasted as if they’d been cooked in very old oil, so harsh they were inedible. Our mac and cheese was also missing.
I called the next day, explained the situation politely, and was told we’d receive a refund for the wings and the missing side. A week later, nothing had been issued.
Repeated calls went to a full voicemail box. When I visited the store, the employee was kind and empathetic, but no manager was available. I was told I’d receive a call that evening. I never received that phone call. Still no call and still no refund.
We’ve tried to support this local business since they opened, but after this experience and the lack of follow‑through, we won’t be returning.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. This wasn’t my first time visiting, but I wanted to try something new and they were more than happy to help me pick a great option. The recommendation was spot on, and the food was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

It’s clear she knows how to lead her team, as they were efficient, attentive, and worked seamlessly under her guidance.
The wings were, as always, out of this world! AP encouraged her team to keep everything fresh and perfectly cooked, and it showed. My order was deliciously sauced— crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the flavors were over-the-top fantastic. My favorites were the garlic parmesan and Sweet Chili— absolutely heavenly! The food smelled so good that I had to eat in the car.
What really stood out was AP’s ability to multitask. She was actively engaging with patrons while checking in on her staff, ensuring everything from food preparation to customer satisfaction was running smoothly. The teamwork was inspiring, and it made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.
Overall, I cannot praise AP and her crew enough! If you haven’t been to Wing Snob yet, do yourself a favor and visit. With such excellent leadership under AP, I will definitely list this place as a Michigan gem.

Ordered delivery for 28 boneless wings and they mixed all 5 different flavors together in 1 box and the 5 pieces of cornbread wasnt even the whole pieces. They gave me 5 halves of cornbread for $10 freakin dollars! I will never come to this location again.

Ordered boneless wings both times. And both times the chicken was very hot and fresh. Could be a tad more saucy, but better than other wing snob locations I been.
They do have a little sitting area but by reading the other reviews it might be best just to do take out.

Absolutely love this place!!!
We eat here almost twice a week lol but let me tell you that my husband and I have lost a total of 40LBS combined while eating here. It is our main dish of the day when we do eat here.
If you have not tried this place DO IT!!!! you will not regret it.
Oh and the Awesome Sauce is the BEST. Just had to add that in here haha.

The foods okay, but I’ve ordered from this store twice in the last week and my carrots have been forgotten both times. I tried calling and no answer. And the atmosphere is awful, it’s dark and gloomy and at night it just seems closed.
