Worst manager I have ever had to deal with. Usually have issues with subs not being made correctly but we usually just deal with it and move on. This time they messed up toppings on one sub and cold chicken on another. Called to get them remade, I’ve worked customer service so I know stuff happens. Spoke to the manager who was nothing but rude even though I was kind and understanding. Told me he could remake the one with the wrong toppings but for the cold chicken he told me “I don’t know what to tell you about that one, heat it up” even though it’s a sub I paid for that was supposed to be toasted. Go to the store to get them remade, as soon as we get in he walks out and doesn’t say a word so I couldn’t even get his name. Not a single time was there an apology or kind response. Tall man with black hair. Never going back until they fire him or he quits. Unacceptable behavior for a manager.

Hey Im here in Oskaloosa IA at the Subway here and they continue to close super early. I come here after practice and the open sign is off by 9. They often are out of some type of bread as to the reason they are closing at 9:30. Caitlin a worker with specs I believe her name was as I was told by Christian. She is a very rude person, has no manners, No hospitality and shouldn’t be allowed to work this job. She instructed her employee to lock the door before I could come in today 8/27 at 9:43 pm. The worker I believe amanda hurried up and ran to lock it as I was walking up. A couple of customers had got their food just walked out and actually passed me on the street as I was walking up to the door. This is not the first time this has happened even though they are supposed to close at 10. Christian was very responsive and gave me their name when I was at the door asking so I could report this situation. One of the times I actually was able to get in on a different day Caitlin was crying because she was reportedly got chewed out by her supervisor and then took it out on me. Saying that I need to be off my phone if I want to order food in a demanding tone. Her employee then said dont mind her she just got chewed out. I think yall should know that this business is shutting down 20 minutes before the actual close maybe even before then. And I feel like it might be racial prejudice because somebody left right as I was trying to come in and they hurried up and locked the door. They’ve locked up early 3 times when Ive tried to come in during the hours of operation. This is their 3rd time locking up as I was trying to come order all before 9:45.

Ordered a footlong meatball with double meat and cheese and got more sauce then meatballs and cheese called and the guy on the phone was rude and said not my issue ordered on the app and in the notes section I told them go light on the sauce and basically they did the opposite I counted how many meatballs there where only got 8 on a footlong which is normal but I asked for double meat so that means I should have gotten 16 won’t be ordering from oskaloosa subway anytime in the near future I’ll just drive to pella

Was in the Oskaloosa Store around 1:15 on July 31st and was told I had to wait cause she had order for 5 subs she needs to knock out. I was the only one in line at the time. I understand that you get online orders but someone standing in front of you should come first.Lost my business

Went there last night and Janet “the manager” packed her smokes while waiting, didn’t wear any gloves while bagging the sandwiches or the cookies. Was completely rude and grabbed the bag away from my daughter when asking for our money back. If that’s the manager then wow… never going back to that place again.

Yeah this subway used to be decent but now they close early almost every day by 15-30 mins, and if you show up then it’s your fault and employees are rude. Also do not place an online order here. They will screw it up. every time. I ordered two sandwiches on mobile, both were screwed up and wrong size, so I asked them to remake one and showed up at 15 before close. They’re locking the door. One of the employees runs and grabs it but the girl at the door locking it was extremely rude towards me saying “its about time you showed up” all pissy and petty at me because they cant do their jobs. go work cleaning toilets w your crappy attitude girl. Sad because this used to be my favorite place for food and I still love my sandwich that I make but I won’t be back until there is new management and better customer service and training.

I put in a mobile order around 1pm today, and I picked up my sandwich, everything seemed fine, my sandwich was made with the correct ingredients but my sandwich was cold when it was supposed to be toasted. I took it back in and they told me there was nothing then can do about it, I asked them to just atleast put the bacon in the microwave and she told me no, and that I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

Let’s just say all of the ingredients that was on my foot long when I got home. It all fit on a 6 inch. And it was minus my extra. The whole order was messed up. The Churro was hard completely hard.I couldn’t even chew it.The only thing that was right was the two bags of chips and them come from the factory. I deleted the app.And I will not go into Subway for a pick up order.I will make sure that I have time to stand in line.
To order my food and watch them make it obvious.Obviously this is the only way that can make it right.
