Ordered online, went to pick up order- sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before the worker acknowledged me. I watched him make every order that walked in. Once he acknowledged me, he proceeded to tell me some of the items I ordered weren’t in stock so I said it was ok to substitute some things. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes, watching him work alone and make every walk-in order, so went inside to cancel my order. He hadn’t even started my order yet (I had 3 meals ordered). Needless to say, it was well over pick up time for the order (I have email confirmations time stamped & printed receipts). He walks to the back to get someone and says “she’ll help you cancel your order”. I wait again, and see a girl slowly walking from the back with her face planted in her phone. I guess she was on break, but this service is absolutely terrible. This entire situation took over 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I walked out with a cancelled order. I asked for the name of the manager, the girl responded “honestly I’m not sure, I’m sorry”. So my family and I drove to subway at loves and gave them our business.

$15.00 for a footlong sandwich is crazy.
Add chips and a drink and it’s $18.50
A sandwich is the second cheapest meal after rice and beans.
Subway is overrated and overpriced!

I just went in and one girl working was behind the counter. She asked if I was picking up an order and I said no. She then just kept making the order. Another girl walked out of the back and I smiled at her. She smiled back and then went to go help the other girl with the online order. They were completely ignoring me standing right in front of them, so I left. This kind of service is probably why the place was absolutely dead.

We went to this location last night the only ones in there and the 2 workers there told us we needed to wait after about 10 minutes we said the he’ll with it and left I understand if you getting ready to change shifts but one of the two should have helped use and this is not the first time this has happened to me there I will never go back I will go somewhere else everytime

Update! They participated in BOGO this week, and the kid that looks like Milo from Atlantis did an awesome job following my special instructions and making the sandwiches before the pickup time.

I am surprised there is another Subway within 50 miles of this one! It is the cleanest, most well put together store in the state. The staff are always friendly – they greet you when you walk and ready to serve you. They are also great with food allergies!

Can’t ever really tell if they’re open, the drive through has been “broken” since I moved to Elgin. Didn’t really matter though because they do make good sandwiches… but now they don’t even participate in national promotions/deals…
