We’ve been buying pizza from Papa John’s since we moved to the area three years ago. Aside from Papa John’s, there are also few pizza places in town, and we always had a hard time deciding where to order. So we bought one pepperoni pizza from six nearby pizza places and did a taste test — and Papa John’s came out on top.
Their pizza is a bit pricey, but if you download their app or subscribe to their emails, they almost always have promo codes. They also give you credits when you buy two or more pizzas.
Also take note if you choose carryout, you sometimes have to wait because the pickup time isn’t accurate, and depending on how busy they are, you may end up waiting longer. But the food is worth the wait.

Average pizza that you would expect from a Papa John’s, however the delivery service is terrible. The last two times we ordered pizza it took an hour and a half to get it delivered. Not sure what happened to this place but it’s struggling.

Spite being by her self Manger Chelsea having to make dough to order still managed to have my order of 3 items finish by the suggested time from the app. When picking the order up I was greeted with a smile and joking laughter. Honestly we need more fast food and other local employees like her. I am thankful for her professionalism.

Ordered 2 different pizzas. Ended up both were the same. This is the 3rd time in a row that this particular Pizza John has messed up our order. I don’t know what is happening over there because I have ordered from them for years with zero problems. This past year its been terrible service. 3 strikes, you are out!!

Ok, this place fixed a papa John’s issue. Apparently I didnt update something or the pizza gods punished me thus day. I ordered, but it sent it to a papa John’s over an hour away. Thankfully(sadly) the pizza pro behind the counter has dealt with this same exact problem, not once, but many times.
He told us how to fix everything, then pushed our order ahead to get it done ASAP. Its a good “papa johns”

I don’t get papa John’s where I live so when I get a chance I order it and today was the worst I’ve ever had from them. It was cold wings and cold pizza and my daughter lives 6 minutes away.

I have previously reviewed a separate Papa John’s down the road in Ashburn, VA, and that branch was plagued with numerous issues. I have to say however, after ordering from this branch on two separate occasions, I am quite impressed. I am not sure if I have just been lucky, or if this is the best Papa Johns in all of the land, but the quality and efficiency here have been exceptional thus far.
I should also say that a friend of mine had a pizza sent to my house in the past and I was unaware of it (a prank we have done to each other throughout the years). The pizza arrived without my knowledge and my brother-in-law told them we did not order it (which was true). Since the pizza could not be delivered, the branch refunded my friend and that was the end of it. We both felt terrible about this, and I am still willing to make the branch whole for this to this day. Long story short, this was a testament of this store’s integrity.
