Don’t eat here. The two oriental workers have no customer service skills. The place was empty. I placed an order on the mobile app to save money. #inflation. The lady, feeling dominant says, “give your your order now, but next time pickup at the time the app says. Note NOBODY was in there. No orders were on the made ready area. Next I asked verbally to just heat the meat. Then the male worker, looks like the boss, said,” I make orders like the receipt says. If you want to heat the meat, you have to type it on the app order.” Appalling, then he went on a rant for 5 minutes how mobile orders work. Mind you, NOBODY WAS INSIDE. I mentioned that customer service is lacking & in this economy people can take there cash elsewhere. So terrible. I just wanted a sandwich. Not harassment or lectures. So I wished them good luck in their business (in these tough economic times). Lesson: provide good customer service & treat people how you want to be treated. People are not robots. Be flexible, especially when business is slow. Nothing in life if guaranteed, unemployment karma can happen to you. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY.

I’m a cancer warrior and am in remission.
Went into the store yesterday, because I had to use the restroom. If I don’t get to a bathroom fast, I can have an accident due to what chemotherapy and radiation did to my urinary system.

Yesterday I was denied service. (See photos)
You literally can’t deny bathroom service to anyone for any reason in Virginia.

I called the health department.
That’s all I can legally discuss.

Do NOT support a business that first makes you buy something. Especially if you’re disabled.

Rushed in there cause my daughter was sick and needed to use the bathroom to upchuck rude lady said I had to buy something first I said can we use the bathroom and I will get something when I come out she’s about to girl she goes I don’t care buy something first we walked out and she threw up on the ground in front the place. Then went next door to wing stop where they were helpful.

Clean, fast, and nice. Can’t really ask for more from a fast food chain! We ordered through the mobile app and picked our food up for lunch. There weren’t any mistakes and it was ready early!

There’s MOLD in the ice from the drink machine.
I tried the ice 3 times and all 3 cups of ice were visibly contaminated with black mold.

Dear Regional Manager,
I’m writing to express my frustration with the recent service delays and customer service or lack thereof. It’s unacceptable that customer are left standing after the older male and female worker told me “You wait” for extended periods after the online orders stated that is ready. The lack of timely updates and rude communication only adds to the inconvenience. Please address these issues to provide a better experience for the next customers. Recommended, customer satisfaction re-training for these two. Thank you.

Food was good. They followed my exact specifications. I got a cup for water however and mold came out of the machine. I work in food service and I know that a clean soda machine makes the most difference when it comes to taste. Huge black specs in my water. Not cool.
