Me and my boyfriend had dinner here for our anniversary. It was a Friday night but it wasn’t too crowded. There was one group that was pretty loud but they left not too long into our dinner. We got the shrimp hushpuppies and the hamachi crudo for our appetizers. The hushpuppies were okay, nothing special. The hamachi crudo was pretty good if you eat it without the piece of mint on top. I got the shortrib and boursin ravioli. It was alright but I didn’t love it. My boyfriend got the grilled sea bass and it was really good. I got the crispy potatoes as a side. My boyfriend really likes them but I thought they were pretty average. My boyfriend got the white miso risotto for a side. It was really good and I might go back just for that. Overall, pretty average and not really worth the price in my opinion.

We came into this hotel/restaurant and went straight to the rooftop because we thought that that view was going to be everything that we wanted on our bachelorette trip. While passing through the coastal 15 restaurant, we saw the menu when we got to the rooftop bar and restaurant, we saw their menu and the lack of service they were providing we immediately went downstairs to where we had already known there was a better menu. Once we got down there, the service was over the top. Rick and Jennifer were so amazing. They’re very attentive and had a lot of time for conversation while servicing the bar. Last but not least Charlie came by who I believe is a manager at the restaurant or hotel. He made a joke with one of the other customers about buying a round. He refilled our drinks on the house. We thought we were coming back for the menu, but really the service was what was top-notch. The food was also amazing but ended up being the bonus. Definitely stop here.

I am writing this review because this restaurant absolutely failed in every possible way. I booked Coastal 15 expecting a high-end, quality dining experience. My usual choices are The Westin in South Carolina and The Pirate House — both of which have always delivered excellent meals and service. I only booked Coastal 15 this year because I wanted to try something different, and that was a mistake.
The presentation of the food was awful — everything piled onto one plate like someone dumped leftovers. I would never serve food like that in my own home. The taste was no better: almost everything tasted only like pepper, with no real seasoning, finesse, or care in preparation.
This felt like a money grab — no attention to detail, no quality, and no sense of hospitality. I left feeling cheated and disappointed, especially because this was meant to be a special Thanksgiving dinner with my godfather.
I strongly recommend NOT booking this place for any holiday or meaningful occasion. If this is their version of “fine dining,” McDonald’s is a better option. I will never return, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I enjoy dining at Coastal 15. I got their new Happy Hour fish tacos, I ended up ordering a second because they are so good! Rick made me a delicious coffee with a new syrup he made. Everyone there is very welcoming and kind.

Stumbled across this restaurant and so happy we did. Best oysters we’ve had in Savannah. Excellent shrimp cocktail and a HUGE fresh crab cake. Valerie was a wonderful server. Will absolutely return.

Absolutely delicious! Y’all will not be disappointed. From the tasty wedge salad to perfectly cooked steak and catfish n creamy cheddar grits (creole sauce on the side). They also had the best charred Brussel sprouts and macaroni n cheese sides. Fabulous atmosphere. I also recommend that you request Jenn as your server. She is 5 star attentive. We will definitely return.

We stopped at this restaurant because the terrace and the décor looked very inviting, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the setting. My dish was far too salty, while my husband’s lacked any real flavor. We ate around 9:30 pm, and it seemed as if the staff, especially our waiter,was eager to close the terrace, which gave us the uncomfortable feeling that we should leave. Overall, a disappointing experience despite the nice surroundings.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with family. Food was fresh, hot and seasoned well. Our server was excellent. We started with some raw oysters. They were not freshly shucked as there was no liquid in the shell and they were dry. We also found pieces of shell in them. We also got some hush puppies. They had great flavor but were greasy and mushy. We also enjoyed the flavorful beets and whipped feta. We wished there had been more feta. For our main meals we ordered the Tomahawk chop, Scallops, Crab Ravioli and Salmon. The salmon, ravioli and chop were excellent. Great flavor. The scallops were a little overcooked. We had sides of Brussel Sprouts, potatoes, and Mac and cheese. All we’re good. Our server brought us our choice for dessert for the birthday girl, a lemon bar. It was plated nicely. All in all a great experience. Note, get your Valet team some lights out there. They shouldn’t have to use the flashlight feature on their phone to find your keys.

Coastal 15 exceeded our expectations. From the fresh oysters to the perfectly seared scallops and flavorful lamb chops, every dish was outstanding. My wife and I were celebrating our 2-year wedding anniversary, and our server, Jae, truly matched the celebratory vibe—attentive, warm, and personable. Huge shoutout to the kitchen staff for playing along and making the evening even more special. Beautiful place right on river street inside the Bohemian Hotel. They offer breakfast, brunch, small bites and dinner. They have a great dining that has seating overlooking the river and you can see the huge cargo ships go by.
They have a cool drink that serves 2-4 ppl with gin and comes in a cute “message in a bottle.”
I enjoyed their tuna poke and crispy chicken sandwich as well as their cinnamon crunch French toast from their breakfast menu.
The staff were so friendly and attentive. Pranay, Thompson, Ray, and Mary all took care of me while I stayed there. Great Happy Hour options as well!
