I absolutely love coming to **Portobello Restaurant. I visit at least two to three times a week, and every single time the experience is exceptional.
The food is outstanding, delicious, and always cooked to order. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and authentic, just like true Italian cuisine should be. Whether I stop in for a quick lunch break or a relaxing meal, the quality is always consistent.
The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and very relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind during the day.
What truly makes this place special is the owner and the staff. The owner is wonderful and clearly takes pride in the restaurant. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and always greets you with a smile, which makes you feel like family every time you walk in.
If you are looking for fresh, authentic Italian food with excellent service and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Portobello. It has become one of my favorite places to eat.
Their salmon in spinach sauce is absolutely to die for, and they truly have the best chicken parm in town. Honestly, everything on the menu is a must-try.
Highly recommend—10/10 every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very professional and kind.
The food was definitely just average
We ordered two salmon with a side of salad/ rating 7/10. The salad lacked in quality and sauce, too dry. Salmon lacked flavor or salt.
We received a free sample of the mushroom soup and I would say it is a 8/10. I was delighted by the small amount of spice and flavoring never thought mushroom soup could taste so good, with the side of bread which lacked butter on the side.
They have a good selection of wine and their flan is delicious, rating 10/10.
If you’re looking for a place to have a quick calm lunch this restaurant is top 10 in the area.
I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Vladimir. Since I was traveling alone, he and his wife, Carolina made me nice and friendly company. It was a memorable experience. Thank you again!
I definitely recommend this restaurant with tasty food cooked with love and dedication! The wine cart is great there too.
There were three options including a salmon dish but the chicken stuffed with chorizo and mozzarella got my attention right away. Before this I had the choice of portobello cream or Caesar salad and I opted for the salad with basket of toasted bread. Now as for the main dish, this was so delicious that I had to ask if it was a daily fixed menu but chef said the daily specials were chef inspired even though she could make it for me per request. Anyway this chicken with chorizo and melted mozzarella was to die for. The chicken meat was not tough at all but could be cut with a fork and that says a lot. Now as for the pasta or spaghetti I wish I could tell you what was in it but what I could tell you is that it had depth and was amazing.
So good that I could eat a whole plate of the pasta without a protein, yes that good and that’s why I devoured this dish, like a savage.
Now I did kinda wanted to try the Tiramisu since I’m a big fan of it but they didn’t have any and that too worked in my favor…..why? Well I got to try the Flan, my goodness….this has got to be one of the best Flans in Miami. I can’t even describe it but iust make room for dessert and order this, trust. In conclusion, this was one of those unexpectedly amazing lunch spots. Have to come back for other dishes and that Tiramisu.
Pasta was satisfactory but not very tasty, especially at $19 for the plate. Value was low here and the service being off just based on the language barriers where there should not have been one.
The proprietor came out and was nice tho. Had he served me, maybe we get to 5 stars…. Maybe.
