Once again, tried to give them a chance. Somethings over cooked. Some things under cooked and flavorless. The wonton soup was the worst I’ve ever had. The wontons were mush. This will be my last time going here.

Food is bad. Too dry, overcooked, hard, and overpriced. I’m not sure how they’ve stayed in business so long. There are no good Chinese places to eat out around here anymore. They all take shortcuts and it’s low quality food. They just don’t care anymore. I’d rather go without then eat at any Chinese place again. I’ve had better frozen meals than this.

Bad doesn’t begin to describe it. Ying used to be one of the best. No longer. Service was almost nonexistent. Food was borderline spoiled and burnt (the fried food was on round three or four through the fryolator). You are allowed four table visits (order your food/drinks, drinks delivered, food delivered, and the bill. Never asked how anything was (they know). The cherry on top? When we were just about ready to leave, I watched the cook walk out of the kitchen wearing his apron and use the restroom. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t pay and get out of there fast enough. See the photo for what all the fried food looked like. I took that picture and then threw our leftovers right in the trash. Absolutely horrible.

Friendly service! I was quite indecisive on what I wanted to order and the owner gave me a recommendation of the sushi roll shown. Not sure what it is called but it was delicious!

Okay for take-out but definitely DO NOT eat here. My family was going to go to Jade Garden but they were closed, so we came here. First of all, it was freezing. Maybe that’s okay for during summer, but on a chilly early spring day, it’s horrible. Secondly, the customer service is awful. We had 7 people at our table, which is a larger party. However, there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. The service was so slow. It took a long time for us to get our orders taken, then a long time to get our drinks, and an extra long time to get our food. When the food was finally brought, I did not receive my order. She asked me what I ordered, and without saying anything else, she went back to the kitchen. It took 10-15 minutes, when the people with me were halfway done eating, for my order to come. I didn’t even receive an apology, which is the minimum in decent customer service. I asked why it took so long, and her excuse was that it was a large party and my order was put it last (which is was not taken last and my table and the other table here after us got their food). Severely disappointed because I used to like this place. Now, I’m just angry and will not come back.

The food is great. The atmosphere is great. They have highchairs by the bar. Children friendly. Two things I can point out that are not that great is that they don’t have wheelchair accessible. Second is that one of their waitress (this older lady that has chop sticks in her hair) seems VERY rude. The service she gives leaves you feeling unpleasant. Seems to be in a rush, definitely no waitress quality at all.

The last time I went and never went back Because the food was horrible. When I 1st started going there the food was good and then all of a sudden it’s like they went out and got the worst cook they could possibly find and put them in the Kitchen. Good luck with that. The food was either hard, dry or Tasted weird.

My first experience with this restaurant was kind of a unique one. My sister and I used their upstairs room for a Celebration of Life party for our parents. We wanted to have a gathering that was upbeat, not sad, but memorable for our friends and family. Ying Dynasty was up for the challenge. The room was free for us because we ordered over $300 worth of food. The food was great and there was plenty of it! We were allowed to bring in our own music and decorate as we wanted. Everyone had a nice time and when it was over, we had soooooo much food – we donated it to a Veteran’s home. Win, win, win!

Rice has a weird flavor, chicken fingers were under cooked and greasy. I wish I never even stopped there. Can’t believe someone actually recommended this place to me. Was more satisfied feeding it to the garbage can.
