Its 3am. And is a 24 hour dunking donut. I ordered a coffee on the menu touch screen. Waited for some to come out to make my order. And no one came out. Call out someone to see if they are in back of store to come out. Still no answer. I couldn’t even get my money back because no one came out. Very irresponsible running business.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I used the kiosk to order. After waiting for the two staff members to finish their personal conversation, one of them looked at me and said, “Oh, we don’t have any donuts.” I told her the machine said they did and took my money.
She then said, well you should have looked at the shelves. You can see there are no donuts.”
Pointed out I’m not responsible for their inventory control.
Manager came out and basically said the same thing. I should have checked their shelv3s before ordering. No apologies. No offer to give a refund. They all just stood there stupidly staring.
I had to demand she give me my money back.
Rude. Incompetent. Arrogant.
Go anywhere else but Dunkin Donuts.

I order a chai latte and this is what I got . Didnt drink until I get on the highway. I almost vomit. Not sure what the hell Dunkin donuts sell me. Guys please check before drinking your hot/ cold beverage

At 5:15 PM Sat at the drive-thru for 5 minutes. Repeatedly said “hello. Anyone there. Are you closed.” No response. I even checked Google and the Dunkin App to check hours. Pulled up to the window and waved at someone sweeping. I’m pretty sure she saw me but she continued to sweep and ignore me. If you’re open you should probably have someone wearing or at least paying attention to the drive-thru headset.

Terrible experience, I was told the guy was too busy to take orders and refused to take my order. Also refused three other people in line even though others had coffee in the lobby from Dunkin. Very disappointing. 8 min delay in our trip to just have to make another stop somewhere else.
