– It’s your average, run-of-the-mill “Super Wawa,” so it has everything a Super Wawa has.
⭐️- This Wawa has a humongous parking lot, so large commercial vehicles and 18-wheelers can park close to the store, no problem.
⭐️- This Wawa also has TWO giant fuel pumping stations, with plenty of room to maneuver around them. Large trucks towing a trailer, or a boat can fit in there no problem.
⚫️- I find that the free air pump is never working, and when it is, the air pressure guage isn’t working.
⚫️- Also, more often than at most other Wawas, there always seems to be someone posted up at the door begging for change.
✅️— All thins considered, this Wawa is a typical Wawa with just a couple minor flaws to it.

This wawa berlin crosskeys and the one located sicklerville rd are each a favorite of mine. Each store is well kept cleanliness, stocked and ready to help you. Both stores are about the same. Professional but friendly, expedient, funny and very capable and fast. But the store on Sicklerville rd has one up on your other stores. That store is loyal to there employees. That is the only wawa that I’ve seen the same people working there,which almost gives you a feeling of going home. Everybody there knows your name your family etc , one. Plus they help you when you need it . Bit still able to he lp the person behind you

I used to live down by the shore and delt with summer time shoobies at wawa. Then the dead of winter wawa and over there they knew how to run both a super busy and super dead store well. Here not so much. Which is surprising because this place is always crowded. I personally haven’t had any issues with creeps or weird people. However There have been time my food has been wrong and it screamed to me “We’re to busy you get what you get” Also, they are out of a lot of things it seems like. But whatever I’ll still go

This wawa is always busy. No matter what time you go there is 1000 finger prints all over the door and kiosk where you order you food. The cashiers are the slowest on the east coast and can’t ring up until they finish their conversation. It could literally take a whole 15 minutes to buy one item. There has been times when I have just gotten out of the line because the cashiers are so slow. 6am in the morning. It’s supposed to be convenient to shop not convenient to work . The people are mostly nice just slow as hell.
So just an updated review. This store is the worst . Always dirty . Always lines. Cashier don’t be paying attention . The manager herself walked away leaving me stand there and and when I get in to the other line the other cashier smirks and closes the line . The store is just annoying . You can never run in and out and from now on I’m just going to rage the time to drive down the street to the next one. Because I’m always irritated by this specific location

Around 835am 07/10/24 I went there and ordered a refresher, that I often order I just usually don’t go to that wawa when I received it the lady didn’t call my number I walked up and asked her if this was my order she answered yes so I grabbed it and walked away as I was walking away I tasted It and it tasted like colored water so I walked back and informed her and she stated she makes them every day while rolling her eyes, so another employee made it, while they both stood there and was making comments. Customer service is terrible

Very busy bc of location but no concern or consideration for the customer. I understand it’s a Wawa but the total lack of professionalism is unbelievable; I’ve never even taken time to review a Wawa but my experience today was wayyyy below subpar!!! I was offended, not by the mistake, but by the way it was handled! 2 stars for service is for the employee who attempted to correct it, professionally, before the manager stepped in to completely ruin the situation, with her nonchalant attitude! The “manager” was the absolute worse, so I’m not sure if she’s underworked or underpaid and is frustrated or she’s just rude and incompetent. Either way, each customer’s money ensures a paycheck!
