Great breakfast sandwich! ($11)

I ordered the breakfast bagel on an everything bagel. The bagel was toasted which gave it a nice crunch while maintaining a soft interior. The egg had green onions which I appreciated. Simple and delicious!

Only downside for me is that they use egg from a bag. If you are okay with that, you’ll love it!

I thought it was great. After reading some reviews, I must have gotten lucky on this fun rainy day because my wait was very minimal. My scramble was tasty, coffee good, and the service was friendly. Definitely not a sit and eat place, but worth it for a togo order. The salsa is delicious, ask for it. Will definitely be back to try more.

I would suggest ordering ahead of time, and planning on taking it to go.
Seating is limited, with three small tables and one bench. If you are looking for a sit down restaurant this does not fit the bill.
The food is delicious and plentiful, but it is slow to come out. This is likely due to a few factors: fairly constant stream of patrons, there being one cook and a desire for quality food and ingredients.
Set expectations and enjoy.

I cannot believe how poorly I was treated during my visit today and the complete lack of customer service I experienced.

I live right down the street and have been coming to this coffee shop for a long time, but there seems to be new staff, and unfortunately the experience was awful. One employee with black hair refused to let me speak with a manager and refused to properly remake my drink.

I ordered my drink extra extra hot with no foam. It came out with a lot of foam, so I brought it back. The remake was then lukewarm. I even went as far as to apologize and say, “I’m so sorry, but I’m just not enjoying this drink. Could I please have it remade?” I was calm, respectful, and polite.

The only thing she offered me was that I could buy another drink.

When I asked if I could switch to something completely different instead, I was told I would still have to pay for a new drink and keep the incorrect one.

I even expressed that I would not be returning to this location because of this experience, and she literally shrugged her shoulders and said, “Okay, fine.”

I have never experienced customer service like this. If a drink is made incorrectly, it should be remade properly or another staff member should step in. Customers should not be expected to pay again for mistakes that are not their fault.

For reference, this occurred at approximately 10:30 AM on February 3rd at the Commercial Way location. If management is wondering which employee needs to be spoken to or retrained, it was the staff member with black hair working at that time.

I am a neighbor of this business. I am also a business owner and work in customer service myself, and I would never treat someone this way. I personally would not want someone like this representing my business.

I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

I strongly suggest management reconsider staff training and emphasize what real customer service looks like.

Amazing bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I don’t think you can go wrong with any selection but the Kitchen Sink always hits the spot.
Coffee is okay, and there’s very few seats if you plan to dine-in, but it’s worth visiting this cafe for a bagel or breakfast sandwich.

This place was really fun and a great find! Stopped here on our way from Vallejo to Los Angeles for coffee and breakfast as we heard their sandwiches were really good. It did not disappoint. I ordered an Iced chai, one of the best ones i have ever had. Great spice level, can really taste the Cardamon. And I got The Situation breakfast sandwich on a cheese bagel, no cream cheese. Super generous sandwich! Egg had cheddar, onions, and potatoes in it. I added some hot sauce and it was the perfect breakfast. Service was fast and they were really friendly. Nice outdoor seating area, nothing fancy but a good place to sit and enjoy. If you are in the area, you must visit.

[10/28/2025 at 11:00 am] Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I purchased a bagel and asked to use the restroom. While I understand the business does not have a public bathroom, under the California Restroom Access Act, any place of business open to the public that sells goods and has an employee restroom is required to allow access to individuals with eligible medical conditions or who use an ostomy device.

I explained this to the staff, but they were not empathetic toward my situation. Although they eventually allowed me to use the restroom, it was after an uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful interaction. It was disheartening to have to explain and insist on access to something that is legally protected for people in my situation. Although I didn’t have my medical card with me, I was more than willing to show proof of my medical condition (such as a diagnosis or doctor’s note), but I was never asked.

For the future, I hope this business will better train its employees to be aware of this law and to approach such situations with empathy and understanding. Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment benefits everyone.

This is my favorite place in town for a quick in and out breakfast spot. The bagels and breakfast burritos are delicious and my white mochas are . Everyone working here is awesome too. There can be a line sometimes but that just means it’s worth it.

Come here for amazing fluffy bagels! They have so many unique flavors. I was recommended by the staff to try the spicy Parmesan and it didn’t disappoint! The coffee is solid too.

I didn’t know FireFly was here until a customer’s picture of their Breakfast Bagel appeared on Maps after I stopped at REI nearby. I was just a short walk away. Went there, showed the nice person the picture and received a massively delicious Breakfast Bagel with tomato. It’s a whole omelet in a toasted bagel sandwich (see photo). Outstanding. And good coffee too, from local roaster Java Bob’s.
