I ordered 2 pizzas . 1 was a grilled chicken and the other was a BBQ chicken. The BBQ chicken had incorrect toppings added to it. ( Green peppers) I called and was first lied to saying that she made that pizza and it was perfect. Second they offered a replacement. It only took 25 mins for delivery for the first order. Now I have been waiting on the replacement for over an hour. I only live 1.9 miles away. That replacement could of gone out with any of the deliveries.
I don’t even care about the replacement anymore. The fact they lie and don’t care enough to fix their mistakes is ridiculous unacceptable.
Edit: after an hour and half, the replacement finally showed up. I first have to say the delivery driver is amazing and none of this is his fault. Second, I do appreciate that they did fix the problem but only 90 minutes later.
But I can not go higher than a 2 on stars do to the fact whoever I talked too straight lied to me and said it was perfect. Pictures don’t lie. Just admit there was a mistake and you lied and I will change my stars to a 4.

This is the best restaurant ever and the Pizza is so delicious I love the fact you can get your pizza they have the best Pizza ever and the have excellent customer service the Pizza is the best and I love the fact you have to order and leave tips Pizza is awesome I love Domino’s Pizza Hut and Little Ceasars Pizza they all are a blessing to the City of Tro Alabama and I love the fact you can enjoy Pizza at home order to go..and the best part about Marcos Pizza all the Pizza are delicious..I have every last Pizza here and putting in the oven to reheat is a blessing and I remember staying in Troy you can here the fireworks from Troy University in your apartment and I love the fact you can heat up your Pizza in the oven is a blessing I love the fact they deliver in Foxcroft Apartments and I got my Masters with Troy University and I love the hot wings garlic parmesan wings and ham and cheese sub and Italian Subs and steak and cheese sub I order 2 of both and I love the Pepperoni bread and Triple Pepperoni Pizza I order 2 and a 2 deluxe pizza and variety pack sodas and Italian chef sald with extra Ceasars dressing just like Clay’s in Atlanta they deliver to my job I also love ranch with my hot wings and no dessert I love the I have two small aluminum pans to heat up in the oven and I love extra hot wings they delicious and I love the fact I have enough food to last me..and 2 orders of Plain Wings with the Japleno Ranch dressing…and love different types of Pizza and I love the fact at Troy Atlanta Clays I would by Aluminum foil to heat the Pizza up..and wings subs salads and whatever Clays had on the menu but Marcos Pizza is my favorite over Domonios and Little Ceasers and Pizza Hut..the boneless wings are super delicious I love them and the in all flavors and I love subs are my favorite and just one salad and the Pizza I love the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and I love the Meat Lovers Pizza and I love the fact I make one big order and it a blessing to eat alot of Pizza Come during the day and so thankful I order all medium pizza and wings and Sunday August 10,2025 pleas delivery my food you guys know my order thanks so much I stay upstairs A6 Foxcroft Apartments 650 Henderson Drive Glad the Troy Alabama location stay open til 11pm…

Called to place an order for 15 pizza’s, for an out reach program. Had been calling since 11, no answer. Once they did at 11:30, the manager said it was 30 minutes past the 24 hour notice for catering, they couldn’t have it ready by the time it was needed and since it wasn’t “24 hour notice ” they couldn’t do the catering price per pizza. Catering price is for 10+ pizza’s. I think, 15 pizza’s fell in that category! Very dissatisfied with the manager and the customer service today..

I order a pizza for delivery – I switch to pick up within maybe just a few minutes after placing the order.. When I called they put me on hold for roughly 8 mins then came to the phone I advised them I would just pick up the pizza since I couldn’t find exact change all I had was a $50 bill, understandable they can not break a $50 when they deliver. Fast forward to arriving- I paid for the pizza and retrieve the pizza and tasted the pizza and it was Barely Warm.. I was given an ETA of 25-35 mins because short staff I said ok – I left in 15- 20 min range .. How was I late picking up my order?? The pizza would’ve still been hot. The pizza was either rushed or cold. I get there and the Black guy identified himself as a Manager was off to the side on the phone texting before he even acknowledged I was there so the other guy acknowledged me- after I got the pizza I immediately turn around to let him know of the discrepancy- the black guy went off on Me in a nice sarcastic manner – “well you didn’t know what you want to do carryout or delivery the pizza been ready over 30 mins and it’s no longer our problem- since you paid for the pizza and it’s cold maybe take it home and put it in your oven ma’am when don’t have time to remake your pizza!” Excuse me? I kindly advised him well I’m not satisfied and for your kind words I would like a refund.. He said “Sorry can’t give you a refund , aren’t you going back HOME you can warm your pizza up in a oven?” At this point I’m really upset for the fact I’m being handled as a customer in a disgusting manner after I paid my money – 2nd , I BEEN ON THE ROAD , I don’t live in Troy I been traveling and my 5 year old daughter wanted her favorite- Marco’s Pizza…. NEVER, experienced SUCH customer service like TO THIS magnitude of life. Marcos Pizza website you do have a refund policy so if I was unsatisfied I should not have been denied a refund I had receipt in hand.. Even when I told him of the temp of the pizza he refused to make it right and I was unhappy.. Yet, he chose not to make it right with a fresh pizza and he ALSO chose not to make it right with a refund because I was unhappy with SERVICE & the pizza!
UPDATE: I received the refund – don’t play with me….Y’all DO.NOT.EAT.HERE. I read 2 reviews about food poisoning?? They just do NOT care what and HOW , they serve the pizza..
