I came to Austin for a couple of days, and this place truly made my trip memorable. The service was amazing! Recep kindly guided us to the Fulton Lobby Bar, and a special thanks to Volkan who took great care of us there. We tried a few dishes and cocktails — everything was delicious and flavorful. We also loved the atmosphere and the live music. Highly recommend!

Fulton, located inside the Fairmont Hotel in Austin, is a beautiful spot with great decor and an inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive—especially my server, Olivia, who made the experience even better. It’s quiet, comfortable, and a perfect place to get some work done if needed.

Just had a lovely dinner at Fulton. The place is incredibly beautiful and the food matches the atmosphere. The service is very refined, not intrusive at all.
They alsobhave Live Music every night. Sets the mood

Stopped in on a Friday evening for a drink and had a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere was lively with great live music that added to the overall vibe. I mentioned I was in the mood for something with mezcal, and the host brought over a mezcal sour. It was a really well-balanced and enjoyable drink. The host also recommended the chicken nuggets. They were not quite what I expected, but they were actually very good and flavorful. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a nice and relaxed visit. I would definitely go back.

We stopped in at Fulton before a recent dinner reservation at Garrison. It’s the “lobby bar” in the Fairmont Hotel. Very nice, comfortable and welcoming social gathering space. The center piece of the space is the large live oak tree in the middle of the area. Pretty cool! They serve light food there all day, but we were there just for cocktails. Service was good. The drink menu is filled with off -the-chart specialty cocktails, and the prices were not bad. Expansive wine list as well, including both Old World and New World offerings. We would stop by again when in the area.

Had their Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini during my stay and it was probably one of the best hand crafted cocktails I’ve ever had. Quick and fast service, although during evening hours it can be a little noisy and crowded. Cocktails average $15-$20.

We had an amazing experience, largely in part to our bartender, Kevin J. He was incredibly kind and welcoming and genuinely seemed like he really enjoyed chatting with us. He was happy to make suggestions and made the best Hillstone martini I’ve ever had! The live music was also a great touch!

We recently stayed at the Fairmont and went each night to the Fulton bar. We got to try several drinks (most of the specialty cocktails) and all were good (some better than others). The place is nice and although there weren’t many people, the service was just “ok”.
They had live music on Saturday night.

Our favorite drinks were the Amigos old fashioned, Chai Tai and a Paloma (not on the menu).

The experience could be improved with more personable service.

Decent burger and fry at the price you’d expect for this type of hotel. I recommend dining in the evening for the ambiance. If able though I’d recommend going offsite for dining unless you just don’t want to lose your parking space lol. Good service and decent meal. I did enjoy the cowboy cookie! I didn’t even taste the coconut which is a plus for me.
