HORRIBLE. This was hands down one of the worst food and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a mobile order and everything was wrong. I asked for extra seasoning and instead got my food drowned in plain salt—not even the actual fry seasoning. The tenders were dry, bland, and completely unseasoned, even though I specifically requested BBQ.
When I called to complain, the employee who answered could barely communicate and when I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me. I called back and he admitted he hung up, then told me he couldn’t do a refund and that I should “call back around 4” if I wanted to talk to a manager. Absolutely ridiculous.
No accountability, no customer service, and terrible food. I will never be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Extremely disappointed.
This was my second time trying them, and both times my order was wrong. No apology, no effort to fix it — just poor service all around.
And as for the so-called “basket of fries” — what a joke. For $7, you’d expect a decent portion, but it was barely a handful. There’s no difference between their meal fries and a side order.
Between the wrong orders, the lack of care from staff, and the overpriced portions, we’re done. Definitely won’t be back.
