I ordered the 5 piece chicken meal for $15.00, which included an 8 piece chicken or 8 tenders for free. The chicken was delicious, and the sides were good. The drive-thru customer service was good as well.

Sorry to say, you’re chicken are not cooked well. I ordered for $45, those chicken are oily and cooked outside and not inside. Fries are taste bitter, I believe it’s due to same cooking oil repeated used and same oil for chicken and fries. I requested to replace those fries and you did. When I eat the chicken it’s not cooked and again I don’t want to ask you to replace it rather I throw and walk away. I just wasted it $45
Honestly, your guys are friendly and service is good. Please don’t use same oil for chicken and fries. Make sure you keep changing new oil for deep frying. Thanks

Awful experience, unfortunately I stopped around 7pm to order a 3 piece chicken box and there was a piece of something similar to a ball of hair in it. This is disgusting and I won’t be eating here ever again .

One of the better KFC’s. Chicken is always moist and favorable, they don’t serve the old pieces that been sitting around under the lamps. Sometimes drive thru takes a minute but that’s cause they are making your food fresh. I don’t mind waiting for fresh. Great customer service every time too.

We got a coupon in the mail so I filed it in my coupon envelope cuz you never know when you’ll have a KFC emergency!
Yesterday while out for an errand, I was hankering for some KFC …. pulled out my coupon and the 9 piece bucket for $15.99 got my attention. So off I went to the nearest KFC in Vista… the first place I went in said we don’t have this coupon and told me to go to the KFC in Oceanside. I called before leaving the parking lot and was told they don’t have that coupon in their system and the special they have currently is 8 pieces for $21.
I wasn’t about to give up because now I’m really curious why KFC would send out a coupon and their locations have no idea what the heck it is!
I called another KFC in Oceanside, the 2007 Mission location, and the lady I spoke with told me we don’t have that coupon but bring it in and we’ll see what we can do. Off I went! When I got there, the young lady I showed the coupon to said let me get my manager. Flora (sp) the manager too said we don’t have this coupon in our system. She asked where I got it, I told her I got it in the mail. I also told her I’m really curious why KFC would send out a coupon but none of the locations that I’ve been to or called have it in their system….
Long story short, she didn’t turn me away! Flora told me what she was willing to do for me and did it! I appreciate the level of customer service and the way she and her staff dealt with me!
I came in during dinner time and I wasn’t the only one person hankering for some KFC ! All three staff were working hard filling orders but never did I feel rushed nor did they make me feel bad for having a mystery coupon!
I was so pleased with the exchange I went back to the car to grab some moola for a tip!
I got home with my bucket of guilty pleasure to go with my steamed rice and garlic broccoli (the things we do to justifya bucket as we get older)!!!

I just paid $3.29 for a container of coleslaw that consisted of about 6 bites. That is .54 cents a bite! Didn’t realize it until we got home so unless I wanted my dinner to get cold I was stuck with it. What a rip off!

This KFC is my go-to when I am working hard and I want some good food for my employees and I at a great price.
I utilize the KFC app for all my orders. There are just so many deals on there and by the time I arrive the food is hot and ready to take back to the shop.
The chicken sandwich and mash potatoes and gravy are just the best.
