Tried a menudo i asked if it had Hominy it dint but they went out of their way and added Hominy to it

Stopped by with a friend and had some awesome beef tongue. The beef was cooked perfect and the seasoning was just right.The guacamole was fantastic, and made with very good Avocados. Probably some of the best guacamole Ive ever had. Great spot for lunch!

Don’t expect free chips and salsa. Don’t ask for queso (queso is the word for cheese). If you want authentic Mexican food in a casual atmosphere, this is a restaurant to try. Tacos are Mexican street Tacos (no cheese and lettuce). The meals are large portions. I recommend the carnitas in verde sauce.

Another really good taco spot on the corner of 79th and Michigan. Plenty too choose from in the area and they are all unique in their own way. They have nice variety on the menu, torta, alambres, and of course tacos. No language barrier at all, very easy to communicate. Order at the table but pay at the counter.

Terrible service! Lady took 30min to come to us, Are food was disgusting, my mother in law order a caldo de res and didn’t had no flavor plus the carne was red in the inside. I also order a taco, which had a hair inside I would definitely not recommend this place especially if it’s pricey and food disgusting

Pretty outstanding — super fresh. Be prepared to speak and listen carefully if you order in English — I received two extra tacos accidentally. I shared one with a friend and saved the other for a snack later.
