Salad House is absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful, and despite being very busy during my visit, they remained timely, committed, and kind. The custom salad I had was delicious, and it’s very easy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Prices can veer into the $10+ range and may feel a little pricey, but with the rewards program and thoughtful modifications, it’s definitely possible to make it work within a budget. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Buffalo jack salad and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had! The sweet potato fries were also delicious and very reasonably priced. The ingredients were super fresh – I even liked the tomatoes which I normally don’t eat at other places. Owner was very nice too and made me feel welcomed. Overall a great experience and will be returning!

I love this place and they have delicious food. However, I have gone now probably about 5 times and roughly half of those times, I have not gotten everything I ordered. Typically, I order the Thai Rice Bowl with some kind of extra protein. Twice I have been missing the extra protein and twice have been missing the rice. I like to be generous to restaurants because I know what it is like behind the counter. However, today I ordered my normal Thai Rice Bowl with Tuna and, for $20, received no rice or tuna. I am a college student and I can’t keep spending my limited funds in this way.

Consistently one of the best places for lunch on this side of New Brunswick. The customization level you have over the salads, wraps, and grain bowls is incredible. And all the ingredients are fresh.
The manager, Efrain, is also wonderful. My office frequently orders from them (at least once a week, every week since they opened) and the very few times we have had an issue, the manager was quick to correct it, and even offer coupons, or discounts as a form of recompense for the mistake.
I’m normally a “build your own” type of person when it comes to salads, and no matter what I order it’s always high quality and tasty. They also have a wide selection of pre-designed salads, wraps, and grain bowls in their menu that are also delicious. Their seasonal specials are also great, the Nashville Caesar was excellent.
Overall, if you’re looking for a tasty and relatively healthier lunch option in New Brunswick, I highly recommend.
Update: I’ve recently ordered from Salad House to cater for an event I was hosting, and it was a smash hit! We had a party with a lot of dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate all of them perfectly! The food was fresh and presented nicely in its containers, and the process was quick and easy. The price was reasonable for what other catering places offer in the area. Finally the manager again was incredibly helpful, he answered all my questions, and helped make sure the catering was smooth and easy. Extremely recommend if you’re looking for a nice, healthy catering choice for your event!

I had the pleasure of trying the salad for lunch since we ordered from work. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious! I ordered the Stay Classy Caesar with a side of Grilled Chicken. I also wanted extra dressing on the side. I loved the packaging and the portions! There are so many different salads offered depending on your dietary needs. I look forward to trying the others soon!
