With a wide variety of smoked meats, fresh made sausages and Black Angus Beef Hot Dogs, our sandwiches stand alone. We also offer specialty salads and appetizers in our fusion style. This is an absolute GEM!!! I work in Richmond and just discovered this spot. They have such a wonderful variety of options on their menu. They smoke their own meat and my absolute favorite is their brisket!! It was so good I went back in and ordered more food to go before I left!! The staff and owners are very personable and kind. An overall wonderful restaurant that deserves FAR more recognition!!!!

Me and my boyfriend had the opportunity of trying Global Fusion RVA for the first time and it absolutely blowed us away. We were instantly greeted by the lovely owners Mike and Scott. They had so much love and passion for their business and I could tell instantly they wanted us to have a great experience being for our first time. I got the “ Venice” sandwich which was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend got the “ Mykonos” Greek gyro and he said it was the best gyro he’s ever had. The owners also keep their customers health in mind by offering very fresh ingredients and low sugar drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out lots of love and faith! Will be coming back 🙂

My daughters and I checked out this locally owned and operated spot for lunch today based on the Google reviews. I’m going to be honest, as we walked up I said, “this is either going to be awesome because every single review is 5 stars, or these people asked their friends to write the reviews because honestly… who has ever seen a place with a perfect 5.0???” Well we went for lunch, but got a whole experience instead. We were greeted at the door by Scott, one of the amazing owners, who walked us through the menu and gave us a little back story on the fresh made food and their beverage selection. We then met the other owner, Mike, who was just was wonderful as Scott. They are seriously two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. When I told them I don’t like hotdogs, they said I needed to try one of their angus beef hotdogs. So they grilled one up and brought it to us to try. They weren’t wrong… it was a darn good dog! Then our food came out and it was fantastic! We had the tots with cheese and brisket, the Havana, and the Cape Town with brisket. Everything was delicious. Another thing they did that was just a step above every other place I’ve been is that when we told them we would be sharing, they divided the food into thirds so we all had everything on our own plates. Service, food, experience 10/10. I feel like we were treated like family. Maybe better. What more could you possibly want? We were like, “okay now we understand the reviews!” Go check this place out. Bring your friends, your neighbors, your coworkers. Tell your family. I promise you won’t regret it. Just go!

Went here for the first time last week and had a great and memorable experience. Scott and Mike were so welcoming and were a pleasure to talk to. We got several different hot dogs and wings and they were absolutely delicious and the flavors were so unique and inventive. You could tell they are really passionate about the food they put out. They have a vast selection of beverages and every one that we tried were fantastic. My only regret is we didn’t come here sooner! Highly recommend, this place and the owners really embody the RVA hospitality that create regulars for a restaurant. We’ll be back soon to try everything else on the menu!

Mike is one of the most humble and kind-hearted business owners you’ll ever meet. He takes the time to greet you, talk with you, and explain the menu with so much passion. You can really tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the food!
We tried the smoked wings and they were delicious! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and you can tell they’re made with care. The natural drinks were also refreshing and unique, definitely something you don’t find everywhere.
Dining is currently outdoors, which adds a casual and welcoming vibe. Mike mentioned that a food truck is coming soon, so keep an eye out for Global Fusion around RVA! They also offer catering, which is perfect for events or gatherings.

As an expiring chef I search for restaurants to wow me. I walked into this little GEM, and felt like I was walking into family’s house. Scott and Mike made us feel so welcome! I asked them to pick something that would amazing me…. And they did just that! I had to hug both of them.. seriously on your lunch, don’t feel like cooking or just because, you need to give this spot a try I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT REGRET!!!!!!

Trying a new place based on internet recommendations; was very pleased. We came at a very awkward time; a roofing crew was supposed to have been done the day before and wasn’t. They were gracious enough to clear a space on the patio for us to eat and we’re happy to have us there. The sandwiches were amazing, craft soda was an added bonus. Will be back to work my way through the menu.

This was genuinely the best meal I’ve had in an extremely long time… I couldn’t even take a photo of my main course because it immediately rushed to my mouth. It’s very rare to find a place like this with such amazing people, food, and atmosphere. I would come back here again and again. My food at Global Fusion was probably the highlight of my vacation without a doubt. Five stars all the way!

I got the Caribbean with an all beef dog, which was loaded to the max.
Now I can’t claim to be an expert, but I have eaten plenty of hotdog in my life, and I can’t say that I’ve ever had a hotdog with that many toppings that by the time I finished it, I only needed one napkin and no fork and didn’t even end up with food on my clothes (eaten in my car).
That says a lot about bun quality, the bun was there to do its job of holding everything together, all the while not being a pronounced feature in the flavor or texture department. Light but sturdy, not dry or flour-y, nobody gets a hotdog just to taste bread or have to chew excessively.
On the chips, they were very good though I’m not really a chip person.
Well done guys & gals.

Had the Bangkok and some of the natural sodas and it was amazing. Customer service was extremely welcoming and professional! Atmosphere was very relaxing and the food was really good. I will be back.
