Next time answer the phones so you know to STOP PUTTING CHEESE ON MY SUB. If I did not pick a cheese option that means I DO NOT want cheese on my sub. What’s the point of having a phone number if you don’t answer the phone. I called several times.

I had lunch here on a Friday in Feb. 2026. I liked it very much. Good seating, there is a restroom, plenty of space for dining-in, plenty of customers going in and out. It’s just a Subway restaurant (some Subways are smaller add-ons to other businesses). Friendly staff. I recommend it.

This is our second visit today. We rode over from Darlington. I thought last trip would be my favorite sub ever but the one today even topped it! The chicken bacon ranch is off the chain. Super nice people and very helpful getting our subs just the way we like them. I wish they were closer! I would need a season pass! Lol. Great place and worth a drive!

So with many fails from this store this one hits the jack pot !!! Order online all the time so i can just zoom in n out well last few times not so still working on sandwich after pick up time . One time they short my order a free cookie . A nother time wrong bread. Another time vinegar instead of oil . Well this time I pay 6.99 for a cold cut trio and when I get there was told no tomato said ok got home my trio turned into a on expensive balone sandwich call no answers call number on receipt no answer. Well no more will drive to a sub way that knows what they are doing ……

Oh man, I used to be afraid to go here because I saw the young girls who worked there at the time go shoeless while working and making my food and they totally grossed me out for months. But having given the new owners a try a few weeks ago, I can’t recommend them enough. A super nice man and wife working there and to handle the lunch and dinner time rushes like they do is almost superhuman. Kudos on the great food and fast service, y’all! I finally have something else to eat other than the very limited fast food restaurants in town. Try them out! And please use the app! Y’all be calling out the ingredients like grumpy cavemen. I know we live in B Ville but we can tell these employees what we want on a sandwich without yelling and being rude SMH

Employees were talking and ignoring customers, customers question went ignored and overlooked. Kids that worked there were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Extremely poor behavior of employees. If it was my business that I owned, I’d fire all of them!
Food was NOT fresh, and they were out of several items! The place was a disaster! Employees lacking basic customer relation skills. Terrible! Place needs cleaning too.

I will never spend my money in this location again. Stopped in tonight to grab a salad before closing. It’s terrible when you can’t get your tomatoes chopped for your salad. No crackers , no fork, no napkins. I managed a Subway in Camden for over 4 years. Never would I ever send a customer out of my location being disappointed with their service or food.

I was excited to see there was new help at Subway; prior – the cleanliness and professionalism isn’t where it was. Ordered online (surprised I was able to), got there, went inside and yea they were a little slow with the ppl in front of me but at least they were nice and I didn’t feel like I could potentially get sick from eating there, like I would usually feel. However, since I ordered online, I didn’t check the food til we got back home. We ordered 2 of the newer specialty subs (36$/2 sandwiches), but instead we got the regular version of the specialty subs. So in short, they didn’t give us what we ordered and we were overcharged since they gave us the reg version.

Edit: A month later, I decided to try again. This time I got the meatball on my sub instead of the Italian meats that I requested. Who would even proceed with making a meatball with oil, vinegar, olives and mayo, come on now. So ridiculous..
