Jersey Mikes is making me lose hope, this is the 2nd location I’ve been too that has mess up my sandwich, I clearly ask for the club supreme, with everything and EXTRA red peppers and jalapenos. And when asked about the jalapenos I responded yet Extra Jalapenos and Red Peppers . No red peppers were added.

I didn’t know you could mess up a sandwich so badly until I went here wowie! Ordered online and asked for ots pepper relish, there was 2 gallons on the sandwich.. Asked for pickles, no pickles… 🙁 so much mayo and mustard it was Inedible. Had to add the flavorless turkey to a different bread. Goodbye.

Oh my goodness I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from this location i ordered a club supreme regular bacon olive oil blend tomatoes mayo salt letteuce organo red vinegar white bread did not get that at all the food was terrible bread was hard as a rock as pictured in video the vegetables tasted old and out dated im also reaching out to corporate this is just sad period point blank never eat here again be ware what u ask for i dont know who the manager is but this is unacceptable and they also sent me that plate of old vegetables that look like it was put all day smdh

This place is a DISGRACE to the franchise. DON’T waste your time or money. I ordered a sandwich and they served it on bread that was clearly old and stale. The sandwich tasted horrible. For the price I paid. I would’ve expected fresher ingredients. It appears this place has been receiving poor reviews for some time now. Management responds but clearly hasn’t gotten to the bottom of their issues. As a New Jersey native, it’s sad to see this place ruining the reputation of the Jersey Mike’s franchise. Stay away!!!

Upon my arrival I knew this place was different. The staff were young adults and I had a feeling they might not be able to deliver. They seemed more interested in socializing with their co-workers. These kids gave me bread with lettuce fam. The meat seemed different. Can’t say if it’s because it was so little. The sandwich was made really fast. I even told my guest this might not go so well, and I was right. This is a first for me at a Jersey Mike’s. I’ve been a fan from the east coast, Jersey to be exact. So I know quality and the exceptional sandwiches jersey mikes may deliver. Literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Jersey Mike’s and it was dealt to me by this location and its staff. REAL SHAME

Ordered Online at 2:40PM – online said it would be ready at 3:05… I got there late at 3:20 and the 2 employees were at a table socializing with a friend having a good ole time – like I was interrupting them.
I said I ordered online and the manager got wide eyed – went behind the counter and could see orders placed they didn’t know about. No apologies, etc. Took their time making the order…
And while I was there, a guy from a next door business walked in the door with an empty cup and helped himself to a free soda – with their approval… Whoever the owner is – you getting robbed Yo! Man, I had even tipped them online, SMH.

Haven’t visited a JM in ages. Visited location Hugh Howell Rd Tucker Ga. Associate named A.D. prepared sandwich and oh my what a delicious one. He was so nice and friendly. Above and beyond excellent customer service!

Visited 12/2/25 at 815 PM. Manager was very rude. We had to wait on bacon for our club sub sandwiches. Poor customer service skills and had an attitude as if we were at fault for the bacon not being prepared/available. However, the young lady on the cashier did a phenomenal job and even apologized for the mishap. This was my first time having old bread from a Jersey Mike’s.

Last night I got a bread sandwich. There was some meat and cheese on the bread, but there was so little of it, and it was sliced so thin, it was more like a condiment rather than the star of the show. Not like what I’ve gotten from other visits to Jersey Mikes. While the two female employees were making sandwiches, the male behind the counter was busy on his phone.
