Can someone people explain to me why Wichita has the fanciest Subways I’ve ever seen? Seriously, all brick buildings. Every single one I’ve driven by. I’m jealous!

Subway is one of my favorite places for a quick, healthier(ish) lunch. So long as a place is clean then I’m pretty happy with them all.

This location was sparkling clean and the crew working seemed okay but you could tell they’d rather be anywhere else. Hey, I don’t blame y’all. I’m here working too. lol

I also ordered 3 oatmeal raisin cookies as an impulse buy and ate every one of them. Fail! Why are their cookies soooo good?

Shout out to the management at this location for a clean restaurant and a clean parking lot! Much appreciated!

Subway has gone a long way downhill since they put Quiznos out of business. They’re famous $5 footlong It’s no longer $5. You can no longer have it your way at Subway. To change out chicken for chicken they charge you extra money. That’s correct to go from rotisserie chicken to grilled chicken they charge extra money. They even stopped marinating their grilled chicken in the sweet onion sauce. To get a chicken bacon ranch the way it used to be made is now $21 and change. Their prices have more than tripled. I remember going into Subway and it used to be really busy all the time. Now say trickle in. The thing is it’s not all subways the same. I can go to the subway on Central and hillside and they don’t charge extra. And they also marinate their chicken. It just depends on the subway and this one is probably the worst.

I went there twice.The server did not greet me, just stood there and waited for me to order. The way they put the sandwich together makes it difficult to eat. They stand it on the side, then stuff in the meat , cheese, veggies, and sauce. The serving counter was not tidy. On one occasion I was over charged by $ 4 Again, at the register they didn’t say anything, no thank you, nothing. IT’S been over a month since I was there. Will not be going back.

I ordered ahead online and paid in advance at 9am when I showed up at the designated time to pick up my order I was informed that they didnt have any bread and that it would be approximately 17 minutes wait for the bread…..how do you allow a SANDWICH shop to not have bread baked?

Me and my wife went into this Subway ordered 2 ft Longs had them start putting toppings on her sub and hers was done as they were making mine the guy Rangers up and mine as I was telling her to put the extra ingredient guacamole and said we already rang it up. There was supposed to be a charge for the guacamole there’s no need to put just $2 or $3 or whatever the price may be for the guacamole on a credit card they didn’t even. To make a customer happy they should have just said it’s okay we would just add it at no cost this time since it was their fault for jumping ahead take me to remind me before my sandwiches even done. They didn’t even seem to be apologetic about it. May never come back to this Subway

I ordered 2 subs 12/29/23 and I have to say that the subs were excellent. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and professional. I used the Subway in Park City in the past but they went downhill and I have not been back to a subway for about 3 years. My wife and I decided to try the one in Bel Aire and we were very happy we did. The subs were very good, service was excellent and the place was clean and well taken care of. I will visit this subway again and it has given us faith again in Subway but definitely not the one in Park City because they should just shut down they are so bad. Thanks to the young man working that night.

Nice clean store.
I Ordered 3 subs through the Android app which were ready quickly but one was totally wrong.
They made a duplicate sandwich which meant one was missed. I called the store to have the order corrected and was a little surprised they wanted me to bring the wrong one back to exchange. I drove back and got them exchanged, but didn’t get an apology/comp, or anything for the trouble/ time.
This unfortunately seems to be the norm for most places these days…At least it was friendly service and the food was decent after it was corrected, so didn’t give 1 star.

Would have given 3 for even an apology, and probably 4 stars if they’d have thrown in a free sandwich coupon or tried to make up for the mistake.

I have had the worst and the best experience in the last 30 days. I don’t have my receipt, but this was the location that I went to. The help was very friendly two young males, very polite, efficient, and helpful. I was not asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted or heated. The amount of meat on my steak sandwich was the least amount I’ve ever had on a sandwich before. I am just really thinking about ever coming back to subway if they keep continuing to downsize their meat on a sandwich . You can’t go to a different Subways and get the same sandwich anymore. I you used to but now you don’t. You can’t even go to the same location and get the same sandwich. There are many restaurants in this Wichita town to start to try. I am tired of not getting value for my hard earned money when eating out here.
